Not yet.  I had placed my orders on Amazon.  I got the price adjustment on R2, but no change on Leia yet.

Nice! Hopefully Amazon reduces Leia, too. I was planning on picking up a few to replace older versions in dioramas.

She looks fantastic and I'm really excited for this one. It looks to be by far the best likeness of Carrie Fischer in this scale, on par with the Bespin Lando in terms of accuracy. The swappable hoods are a really nice touch. I'm mixed on the soft-goods vs plastic robe. Plastic looks better overall but I normally prefer soft goods for pose-ability. If this is a softer plastic, like the Imperial officer tunic piece, it might be ok here. If not and Amazon drops it to $9.97 I may just add a few more and add soft goods to one or two.

My gut tells me you will see a soft goods version of this sculpt sometime in the future, like in a box set or something.  Just feels clearly designed for a double-dip like that (or maybe my double-dip radar is just over active these days ).

It's literally impossible to under-imagine Hasbro's willingness and desire to sell the same figure twice.

I can totally see the potential for a double dip on Leia!  Offering a second version with softgoods seems inevitable.  As for the presentation?  Something like this came to mind:

FYI.  I got a shipping soon email yesterday from Pulse for the Leia. 

EDIT:  And emails from Amazon saying R2 and Luke will be June 27.

Got the same notification from Amazon for Luke and R2.  It figures that the reissues would ship first!

Luke & R2 arrived for me today from Amazon. Decent repack choices overall. I'd still like a new astromech mold at some point but I don't hate this one. Vader & (lots) of Stormtroopers are on their way from Pulse.

After saying R2 would arrive today, I got emails from Amazon asking me to approve a delay to keep my $9.97 orders intact.  I wonder if they sold more than they received.

Verdict on the Luke... basically the same.  The old one is on the left, the new one is on the right.  As far as I can tell, the straps sit differently by his knees, the orange color for his suit is a little more vibrant, and there's something slightly different about his face but I can't quite put my finger on it.  Overall, I'm not sure this one was worth opening.

I guess I'll return one, open one, keep one or two, sell 4 or 5.

Thanks for the breakdown on Luke. I didn't have one loose, I feel like it is close enough to the original that I won't go backend track an old one down.

I wish they could have done with with my order of Stormtroopers instead.
