I just went in and read some of the reviews and yikes, I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many negative ones in my entire life. I added mine for good measure.

I managed to buy one just now for local pick up.  I’m not going to declare victory until they confirm they have it ready to go.  I wouldn’t be shocked if it gets canceled.

EDIT:  It says it's ready for pick up.  I don't believe it.

I may or may not have gotten an order in over the phone via the app. It shows an order # on the app but no email confirmation yet. Expecting cancellation but we’ll see…

Eh... I may still need help with this thing.  I'm just too busy to get to a store in the summer (that's why the preorder/shipping was nice).  I keep checking online. Nada.  Someone posted a Target 30 minutes away got some, but nothing on the webpage all day about that Target having any in stock... so are the website and app even accurate at this point?

I got a confirmation email as well as an “about to ship” email, so I am cautiously optimistic. I still don’t think it has technically been shipped yet but I did get a FedEx tracking number assigned at least. 🤞

Got a confirmation email from FedEx stating this has officially shipped. Should be here Saturday, fingers crossed. 🤞

After Target taunted the heck out of me this morning with multiple times letting me add it to my cart only to pull it back, I actually won a set on a facebook group give away.  Guy had a couple extra sets and did $3 buy in for 20 people.  Not a bad deal.  Still want a second set, so I will keep trying Target, but at least I will have one shortly.

Yeah, I'd love a behind the scenes accounting for why Target bothered to cancel all of the pre-orders, not change any pricing, but then it seems sufficient quantities showed up at retail in the following weeks.  Maybe they've got some kind of screwed up pre-order / shipping algorithm but this seems to have done nothing other than annoy the crap out of collectors with no upside for Target. 

I'm glad it seems to have all worked out for everyone, but geez, this could have been handled a lot better.

I suspect they have rules about how long preorders can remain open for.  I think I said this a few weeks ago but if memory serves they did something similar with the Deluxe Luke / Grogu boxed figure a year or two ago.  It was simple to re-order, but they just canceled the preorder without any explanation.

I saw it was available for shipping for the first time this morning, but I held off on ordering a second because I’m still waiting on the first one to arrive. If I ever see one in store I might pull the trigger though.
