I bought a Durge w/Swoop from Brent, which unfortunately got lost during shipping to Holland. In my 15 or so years of int'l transactions, luckily such a thing is a rare occasion, but it is a risk. Although I didn't ask for any action on Brent's part (like I said, these things happen), he immediately sent a refund.
Brent's been a great guy all through our deal and despite our first deal gone bad (thanks, Canadian or Dutch Postal Services!) I'd deal with him again in an instant.
EDIT: weirdest thing happened: Durge finally showed up this very day! So, thanks for a sweet deal after all, Brent and your refund has been refunded instantly, of course!
