Very nice weather up here, -3°C right now. So far it looks like it might be around -4°C for Christmas.  8)

Cold and rainy out here, which I guess is as good of winter weather as we could ever hope for 'round the Holidays.  And not a mudslide in sight so far...

It finally turned back cold here.  Low 40's and windy.  At least it's sunny.  It was windy and rainy all day Saturday.

Christmas eve weather, 1°C & windy with some snow. Kinda nice this evening, tomorrow it will be -1°C & sunny. Sweet! 8)

B-frickin'-rrrrrrrrrrrrr.  -32C this morning.  One of those drives where the shocks are basically frozen, the tires feel like they're square and 35 minutes into the drive, at 70 mph, the rpm's increase because the engine is going cold :o  Heat blasting the whole way for a 45 minute drive and I had to leave my gloves on the whole way. 

Ah, winter.

its sad cause every year this month i would be skating on the pond down  the street but not this year. its been raining so much that the pond couldnt freeze over, and then when it did the temp went up to +10 and its been water ever since :'( :'(

It started snowing overnight (a relatively rare occurrence in the Charlotte, NC area).  As usual, the fun had to be spoiled by ice and freezing rain today.  The temps are predicted to hover right around/above freezing all day.  Schools are closed -- but we're prepared with Lego's SW II.  Temps will be up in the 50's tomorrow so everything will be gone by then.

Pretty balmy today, around -22 C though the windchill has it down in the -35 C neighbourhood.  Cars are pretty solid: shocks not working well, tires feel like they're square.  But I'll enjoy the heat for now as they've forecast severe windchills for tomorrow and the weekend in the -45 C range.  Whee!
