I usually admit that the dialogue has its moments, but if this person really isn't interested in my opinion, rather my embarassment, I end the conversation lightly. No need to argue when you can just talk about other things.

ahh but there is so much fun to be had in making someone look like a total ass when they try to be mean to you.

I guess 160 million in four days means no one likes it. Heck, ROTS did more business in one midnight showing than most movies make their entire run.
