I see no crying so it must be resolved.  Not like I'm about to help either you or Jeff out though after last night

Yahoo's doing some odd stuff.  IL doesn't seem to mean much, aside from the fact there's been an interesting note about an injury recently.  Not hockey, but Dwayne Wade has had it for almost a week beside his name yet hasn't missed a game. 

With respect to hockey I think you also need to wait for the team, in addition to Yahoo, to designate the player on injured reserve.  Whoever has Vokoun here should be familiar with that.  He missed quite a few games earlier in the season, about three weeks worth yet was never put on IR. 

I need a goalie, go look at my roster.

Yeah,  the team has to designate him before Yahoo will.  McCabe has been out for two and a half weeks but it's only now that I can put him on IR - which Jeff was right about, looks like it takes an extra day to go into effect.

IL, I have no idea - I asked because the other day Iginla showed up as IL despite scoring two goals that night.  It was the first time I'd noticed any of my team listed as IL - and this only happens in the stat tracker, not on my yahoo page.  I'd previously seen it plenty of times looking at other teams scores.

As for last night, it was the first solid effort my team has made in quite some time.  It sure helps that all the sudden John Grahamme figured out how to keep the puck out of the net.  I was pissed though when I got back only to find out that Jeff had matched the shutout with one of his own.  At the rate I'm going my team will never erase a 40 point deficit.  I feel like I'm playing for the honor of second place at this point.  Maybe if Demitra comes back strong next week and this Pitkanen can actually get back on the ice some good things will happen...

Brent, did you ever pick McCabe up in your other leagues?  If you didn't I'll stop feeding you these updates that you're probably seeing elsewhere anyway...

I know you're lovin it.  This just has been a bad fantasy season for my team all around.  I had two players retire, lots of injuries and no consistency from my goaltending.  It's middle of the pack for me this season.
