Well I was able to track 1 down here on the boards and my son claimed him. Still looking for a couple more. One can be loose and the other needs to be on card, but I am not too picky on my conditions. Most likely will offer cash via money order or paypal. Also have some commons below.

Did these things dry up in the rest of the Country as well? I dont feel like dropping $10 for each of these on ebay.

They're out there, just not in my area either. I think we got them once, and I missed them.

It's a great army builder and if most people find extras, they usually just add them to their "shelf."

Its frustrating (and envy) to see people with 10+ and I cant even find one on a mangled card. This is one of only 5 figs from the last 10 years I have never even seen.

Jim, I've been keeping a close eye on all the places around here specifically for you a Shocktrooper. Thus far, I haven't had any luck (the only ones I've ever seen were sent to me by Slothus and DSM), but the first one I see has your name on it.

I saw one at Toys R Us 2 weeks ago but a little boy had it in his hands. I let him and his dad look through the pegs for more. I know. I know. I am a softy.

If your are near the walmart in Danvers MA theres about 5 green commanders a gree(i was gonna gett but...) and about 2 SA clones left(thanks to yours truly)
