Fantastic job carding the MonCal Dancer and the Sisters look GREAT in the new Saga card (also love that you put them TOgether).  I agree though (in regards to SAGA packaging looking better than rots), I always favored the potc card look over the rots but the new SAGA line has the best of both worlds so to speak!

I'll be carding my Baron Fel in the new Saga cards, glad I held out until the saga ones came along, lol.

ps- This is the first time I've seen your tonnika sisters and i must say FINE job~!  I know how tricky the hair can be and yours turned out great.

Thanks aeseven7, I may just re-card the dancer in the new saga06 card. There will be ROTS figures on those cards eventually. I didnt think about that before. Maybe this weekend.

Glassman, i love the Tonnika's on the Saga packaging...they really look amazing! i think the Mon Cal dancer would look much better on a Saga card too, not that the ROTS isn't cool, the Saga is just that much better  ;)

I think the rots flames just hide the figure.

you know glassman i don't thing i've ever replied on any of your stuff :-[, that being said your work has always really impressed me.  skill, paint apps, creativity, and execution are all qualities that one day i hope i can achieve at your level.  now then a question have you ever thought of putting the clones/stormie in an evolution kenner styled box?  not sure if that'd even be possible or worth the effort just something i thought would be a little intresting to see.

Thanks Rip, I agree with you and Phruby, I got lazy last night, or i would have had it re-carded already. I think i may make a cast of a couple of those holo figures cause i can see i'll be using this card alot this year.

PHruby, i think the ROTS card is just too busy, becasue of the flames and huge contrast between the Yello, red & Blue.

Jedipurge, well, thank you for finally commenting on my stuff. I had initially thought about it. But the kenner 3-pack box is so plain. No picture just HUge text... And i enjoy making cards so much, that i just went with the indivdual cards.
Thanks for all the kind words!!

Amazing work, Glassman. I tend to agree on the ROTS packaging...way too busy for my tastes. The saga cards have a lot more class, and fine customs like these deserve it.

Those Tonnika sisters are simply amazing.

Thanks DarthD and Quazar.

After being pleased with how the tonnika sisters turned out, I re-carded my Moncalimari Dancer with the Saga 06 cards.

Since I have renewed my love for vintage figures, I am finally
getting around to my vintage recarding project.
I've wanted to do this for a long time.
My plan is to re-card all my vintage figures and mount them on the wall in my basement.

If i do one figure a week, it will take me about 2 years to complete. So this is a long term project that i will try to update regularly.

Here is the wall BEFORE i start.

I Have made all cards for janruary and just need to add the figures.
Here are the first 4 figures' cards.

I will also be making coin duplicates when i can get my hands on the coins to make a mold.

Here are some of the coins I made testing the paint i'll be using.

Even though it wont show, i made the coins double sided. Just the completist in me.

Let me know what you think!
If anyone who's into re-carding needs a coin cast, let me know. I have alot of coin molds and some rare ones as you will see throughout the project.

gold and chrome paints.

jeez man i don't even know where to begin.  hasbro should have a contract on their desk just waiting for you to stop by and sign it.  you're ideas and the fact that you have the skill to follow through is a real treat for all of us.  great work.
