Also, at C3, when asked about the babies they smugly said "don't count on it."

Again, they probably had no idea that people actually wanted tehm.

I'm very happy happy they decided to do Luke and Leia, but like everyone else, I kind of wish we were getting either 1) Owen and Beru or 2) the Eopie.  Oh, well.  I mean, I know we all would much prefer a Stealth Trooper.

Anyways, I'm glad I waited on Bail, too.

I personally can't believe that they would think that people wouldn't want them... collectors want everything Star Wars, even babies.  Especially of the two most important twins in the galaxy... of Luke and Leia's first true appearance in the saga... c'mon Hasbro.   

I'm very pleased that these are coming out... though I'm not sure how they will make the Bail an exciting figure.  Still though, I'm pumped about this.

I can't lie, i am still hoping for the return of cinema scenes to get Owen, Beru, and Cliegg Lars with Hover chair and removable legs. I can dream.

Somehow, I get the sinking feeling that it's going to end up being recards of the #27 Obi-Wan and the #15 Bail Organa with little PVCs of the Skywalker twins.  They'll be pretty much the same exact sculpt, but Leia will have painted eyes and Luke will have his eyes shut.

If you don't doubt that Hasbro would pull this type of thing, I direct your attention to the other 100% of the line post-56 this year.  Also, as to why I chose the Jedi Kick Obi-Wan as the version in this set, just look at his left arm and tell me it wasn't sculpted for holdin' a baby. 

Seriously, I hope I'm wrong, and these will be totally new sculpts (like Bail in his outfit from "clean these droids up" and a SA Obi-Wan in a cloth robe), but considering the fact that every other figure and/or exclusive is a repaint or rehash with minimal effort, I'm not feeling too good about these just yet.

Woohoo! I'm just glad to finally be seeing them. Now if this Bail is different, I'll have to go out and get the carded version.
