Thank you Chicago for beating Winnipeg without involving OT.  We appreciate your efforts.   Now do the same to the Kings.

Ask and you shall receive.  Best game I've seen the Hawks play in a while.  They need to keep that momentum going through the end of the season and into the playoffs.

Saw Whiplash last night.  Absolutely loved it.  I'm not a jazz fan in any way, but the music was excellent.  Knowing that Miles Teller was actually playing made it that much more enjoyable.  And J.K. Simmons played such a detestable person I will never look at a Farmers Insurance commercial the same way again!

I'm kind of surprised they're talking season over for a meniscus but I guess it depends on the severity and location of the tear.  It must be worse than peripheral.

No, it's just that it's Glass Joe, I mean, Derrick Rose.  He could get a hangnail and be out for the season.

Great day for Chicago sports teams.  Kane has clavicle surgery and Rose needs his knee scoped.

I know that this is unreasonable, but in the case of Kane's hit, they should seriously suspend the other guy for as long as Kane will be out (12 weeks I believe).  If you end up hitting someone and it's deemed a dirty hit, the punishment should equal the injury it causes.  I completely understand that hockey is a collision sport and that people are going to get hurt.  I'm not talking about the injuries that occur on a clean hit.  I'm talking about the headhunters out there that are looking to hurt someone (I'm looking at you Raffi Torres).

We probably won't see any Sony Spidey spin-offs that were mapped out.  Disney won't want to oversaturate.  Sorry to all those who were looking forward to the Aunt May stand-alone feature film.

I may be in the minority, but I was actually looking forward to the Sinister Six movie.  Like Brian, I liked Garfield (much more than Toby McGuire) in the role, but am interested to see who they tap on the shoulder to take the web shooters.

Spiderman, X-Men and the Avengers were my favorite Marvel comics growing up, so I'm happy to see at least two of them will be together on screen soon enough.  Now if they could only get the X-Men in there too...

However, I thought some of his voice-acting was on the weaker side.   :-\  Not a huge deal in a kid's toon, but annoying to me anyway.

I couldn't agree more.  I don't know if it was his voice over or the animation they used, but there was something off with his character.  I did like the nod to one of the original Jabba concept drawings though.  They are doing such a great job of including OT concept art in this series.  That's what keeps me coming back more than the stories...

After they announced that Brady was the MP, my wife said that he should give Pete Carroll the truck since he was the true MVP of the game with that awful call at the end.  I tend to agree with her...

Chicago's pretty white at the moment.  At least 6-8" down already and projecting blizzard conditions from 4pm - 9pm tonight.  Can easily see 1.5-2' by the time it's all done.

Good luck East coast, it's coming your way next.

You might be able to ask Oscar Sepulvida (Oscar Cases) if he would do a custom one for you.  He's the guy that does all the custom cases for the carded Kubrick figures.  If you need his contact info send me a PM.

And really, they need to get over themselves and what they do.  They're entertainers.  They aren't curing cancer.

Amen to that!  My wife hates award shows because she can't stand all of the presenters and recipients gushing over how 'brilliant' and 'phenomenal' they all are...

That's awesome.  We're going in June - any tips for sign up or reservations?  How soon can you reserve a spot for this?

It gets filled up pretty fast.  I want to say that we got there within the first hour of the park opening and the boys were in the 5:00 or 6:00 show.  Granted, this was at Disney World, but I'm sure the same can be said at Disneyland.
