IF that's the case, can somone list out the current/last year's scoring for comparison?  I might campaign for Rob's scoring depending on what you guys used last year.  :-X

I'm okay with all of the above EXCEPT passing TDs at 6 points.  I don't think a passer should get as many points as a skill player for their TDs - just makes that position more valuable than the others and I'd rather see more equality.  If you want to raise the penalty on interceptions and fumbles to -2pts, I can live with that but would prefer -1.  Turnovers frequently result from the actions of a solid defense versus a player mistake, so I'd rather see a lower overall punishment.

Brent - can you clarify what you want us to vote on?  I see Rob's scoring recos, but don't know how much this differs from current.  Since there is alignment on most of the scoring, maybe we should vote on a few different chunks of scoring options (QB/Skill vs. Kickers vs. Defenses as three separate votes for example) rather than an option A or B.

I think he will be a repainted purple clone and will be a Walgreen's exclusive for $19.99.  Lord knows every other retailer already has one of these.

Picked up a few more evo sets and 1x of each new comic pack at Target yesterday.  There are just three different sets of comic figs in this wave and one is a reissue correct?

I think it's 30 minutes before draft time that you can log in and see the order.

Any way to have this figured out further in advance?  I'm all for surprises, but might help folks out if they know what position they are drafting in at least a day or two in advance...

I'll second that.  Any reference to what you're talking about?

Both Target and TRU in Tonka have the Falcon now, but I've been able to hold off.  Hoping the go on sale in a month or two.   ;)

I've noticed Target dropping prices all week. I bought 3 figures there on Monday for $8.99 each, and on a time killing trip there yesterday I saw they were $7.99. Good to see they're matching WM and TRU, too bad they're all picked over.

$8.99?!  Are you sure?  $9 a figure is seriously ridiculous.

Sumbitch. I actually paid full price for that one. When will I learn to let Target exclusives go to clearance before buying them?

Seeing as how they haven't been out for 90 days, you should be able to get the clearance one, then just return it with your old receipt.   ;)

1:6 Scale Figures and Collectibles / Re: Sideshow 12" Stormtrooper

I just don't get it.   I got the Vader with no problem.  I log on to get the stormtrooper and it automatically sends me to the wait list?

That's not surprising.  Stormies are significantly cheaper and someone out there is bound to be troop building (or at least getting more than one).

I was initially tempted by this figure, but the prices on these have become ridiculous.  And only the exclusive version comes with a blaster?  Really?  I bought into the rebel fleet trooper, but I have enough other 12" stormies to easily pass this one AND the Vader.

My assumption has been that they are smart and born into money.  I always think "mob boss" when I hear about Hutts - they come up with the plans and finance the crimes, but let others get their hands dirty.  Those who have money often make money, so no surprise that hutts in general are often depicted as wealthy.  The theory that Nall Hutta had some rich resources to get them started is as good as any.

Star Wars Universe / Re: Clone Wars: EU or Prequel?

But according to, Lucas is Producer & Executive Producer for the movie, as well as receiving writer credit for the story and characters.

'Nuff said.  Yeah....everyone's entitled to their own opinion, but I don't think the whole "how involved is Lucas" is really a fair gauge of whether something should be considered canon or EU.
