- ten total (Han, Vader, Fett, Snowtrooper, AT-AT Driver, Grievous, Anakin, Scorch, Cody, Obi-Wan)   [taken from ToyWiz and NewForce info]
- each Bounty Hunt figure is only 1 per case   [taken from NewForce info]
- case may have anywhere from 0 to 2 Bounty Hunt Figures per case   [taken from EE info]
- most likely have Foil Cardback (aka Packaging Variation)   [taken from various sources]
- may or may not have paint modifications to the actual figure   [taken from various sources]
- may or may not have a Lucas mail-away offer on the back   [taken from various sources]


And then, completely separate from this is:

vOTC =
- X-Wing Luke, Greedo, SA Scout, Endor Han, Tusken with a Lucas mail-away offer on the back.
- no idea on the when/where for distribution yet

I've seen this idea floating around the 'net, and I might just have to try it... a Mini-Holo Chess set?

Pawns = RFTs and Stormtroopers
Rook = Han and Fett
Knight = Luke and Maul
Bishop = Amidala and Dooku
Queen = Ben and Vader
King = Yoda and Palpatine

Add a bit of spray paint to color them and volia!  Might give me something to do with all the extras I'm expecting by the end of the year...

Not a bad case at all and I think I'm only missing Obi-wan then. 

That's a good one - I ordered the case that contained the chase Cody and AT-AT driver.

Well, with my MN bulk-buyer program we've got going, I decided to go ahead and pre-order one of all 5 different case assortments that New Force listed for this wave.  

Hopefully Rick is on the money and that way I can just get all the bounty hunts straight from the cases and sell off the extras to the locals (since the NewForce price after shipping is less than Target or TRU).  

Nice to see the NewForce case assortments there...

Man, I wish Hasbro would just step up and give us some clarification on all kinds of different things - what's the deal with the vOTC wave 2, the Lucas mail-away, the Bounty Hunt Stuff, etc etc etc.

I got an e-mail from EE that says that this wave is IN STOCK. Can you believe that?  Three waves in one month. '06 will be done by March.

I think that e-mail just meant that the Carkoon wave was now in-stock.  The rest of the waves are just up for pre-order.... at least that's how I interpreted it.
