New question: Why have the original 9 POTF2 figures from 1995 not been offered as Target exclusives? I can't wait to get a "Death Star Laser Beam Reflection" Princess Leia using the 1995 sculpt!

The same thing happened here too, no rain, just a little bit of wind. It's actually quite funny, too, as pretty much all local activities were cancelled this weekend because of fear. And they were cancelled on Friday afternoon, when it was revealed that Rita would hit the TX/LA border.

So the only figure in the set worth getting is the Chewie.

Is R2 exactly the same as the VOTC version? Or can you not remove the third leg?

BTW, I can't remember if you've answered this or not, but how do you get the AT-TE Gunner's pauldron off? Is there a snap that I'm missing?

If I'm not mistaken, wasn't there some kind of bumper material with Threepio and Artoo when Fox aired the SW films leading up to the theatrical release of AOTC along these lines?  Maybe the bumpers were edited together for a featurette and that's what WM's bonus disc will include.

This jogged my memory, Doc. I seem to remember Wal-Mart airing viginettes on those TV's they have hanging from the roof (I don't know why they have these). I remember once they showed 3PO and R2 talking to each other (no audio on these TVs ), and showing clips from the movies. I didn't pay much attention, as I wasn't going to stop in the middle of a crowded aisle to watch Star Wars. Perhaps this is what they're putting on the disk.
