« on: July 25, 2014, 09:57 AM »I also saw that they were soliciting a case that has not been announced yet and contains figures from a JTA rumor list...I wouldn't put too much stock in a price hike (yet).Actually, 6" prices are going to go up a couple dollars in the next waves.
Someone else said that recently... did I miss a memo? Why does everyone think the price is going up?
I was looking at figures on Beyond Mortality yesterday. Wave 5 and 6 figures are at 21.99, while earlier ones are 19.99 (including the Stormtrooper).
But, yeah, I feel that I can't spend too much more than that right now, so I might be pulling the plug on 6" figures.

Luke turned out way better than I thought
I really like Yoda even though his arms can't be posed a little bit more...that is a little bit of a bummer but the way he is OK for both a standing and in backpack mode.

Hey kids, remember this one? So, it sort of seems like 1985 all over again...is Marvel worried about some of the lawsuits out there about rights (similar to what I heard happened back then...Black Suit Spider Man, The Captain, She Hulk in Fantastic Four, Rhodes as Iron Man) I can't stand a lot of comics crap which is why I don't read them. I also think a lot of this crap is playing a lot more into future movie plot lines than maybe I think it should.

But the pricepoint seems off...could be the Euro pricing though vs actual US MSRP. Although this is TRU so it could be $67 for two figures we already have and cardboard.
