In Episode I, Amanda [Lucas] provided the voice of Neimoidian pilot Tey How.

Yeah, didn't she do that under a stagename... Tyger or something??

All they need to do is take the Captain Typho head without the eye patch and put it on the red jumpsuit body. That would be easy for Hasbro. But knowing them if they did it they would just repaint the Naboo Soldier body red.

NOOOO!!!! That would be horrible. But we know Hasbro is prone to shortcuts.   ::)

sorta looks like this guy.

Now all we need is that guy.  ;)

isnt Tey How a woman?

Of Tey's gender, I have no clue. But I can understand why you'd think so since the voice was high-pitched... I just think the eye and mouth pieces on him/her are cool.

1. SA Beru Lars
2. SA Owen Lars

Huh? Darth Vlad, your lists are great but these stood out as kind of funny. Niether of these characters did anything to need SA.

True... but they need better articulation than what they've had... bendable knees so they can sit and eat lunch and drink their blue milk... so how 'bout I change it to BA??  ;)

I agree, it's hard to choose 1 figure I would most want. I would want figures that have never been made. There are several that need updates, but since they've been made, I'll leave them out. All Jedi should be SA with soft goods.

The Phantom Menace
1. Tey How
2. Queen Amidala (Palpatine's Apartment, soft goods)
3. Queen Amidala (Theed Invasion, soft goods)

Attack of the Clones
1. Po Nudo
2. Padme (Fireplace)
3. Padme (Lakeside)
4. Padme (Prairie Picnic)
5. Del-Roth Masona
6. Tarados Gon
7. Jocasta Nu
8. Sarissa Jeng
9. Shmi Skywalker (Tusken Capture)
10. Beru Whitesun
11. Owen Lars
12. Cliegg Lars
13. Joclad Danva
14. Bultar Swan
15. Lumas Etima
16. Sar Labooda

Revenge of the Sith[/b]
1. Padme (Funeral)
2. SA Grievous (converts to Spider-Grievous)
3. Padme (Buns)
4. Cin Drallig
5. 2-1B
6. FX-6

A New Hope[/b]
1. BA Beru Lars
2. BA Owen Lars
3. Bom Vimdin
4. CZ-3

Feedback / Re: jedijaybird's feedback

Thanks for sorting through all your stuff and making "Steve's Pile" and for the first of many transactions to make the pile smaller. Jaybird is an excellent person to do business with. He's helping me catch up with some figs I missed and I'm helping to fund his Kubrick addiction.  ;)

It was good talking to you despite the shock of your new hair style!! Kidding.

Plus, it's interesting to see how Six has evolved from being sinister ("how fraile you humans are", then simply snaps a poor babies neck) to how she feels for Gaius. Some Cylon models are more attuned to humans than the others: Sharon and Six.

Plus, now that Galactica Sharon has been given the call-sign "Athena" does that mean she is now going to be a good Cylon, or when is she going to be called to her mission?

What season is BSG in at the moment? I loved the original series as a kid in the 80's and from what I've read in this thread, this version sounds really good. Never managed to watch any of the newer shows, but I wouldn't mind starting from the beginning.

Mike, you won't be disappointed... come over to the dark side... of Galactica.  :)

Will write more of Ep 5 later... back to work  :-\

No Willrow Hood in '07??? What the heck?? I agree with the post about Bespin. There are so many cool figures to pull from there... hasbro can release tons of Vaders, Hans, or Lukes as long as they release some of the others like Piett (Escape from Bespin), Luke and Leia (Medical Frigate), etc. It's a little disappointing, so hopefully they'll get around to it in '08

TV-9D9 / Re: A BSG-style Star Wars TV show?

I could do without the depressing stuff...
NJO is stupidly depressing, I stopped reading at book three or four - the storyline wasn't the focus as much as killing off main characters...

I really don't know what's in store for the SW TV show, but it's supposed to follow some of the secondary characters. I doubt that it would be like BSG (Which I love), because of its intense darkness (the almost-genocide of the human race... er, kind of sounds like the Jedi, eh?). Of course, the rise of the Empire isn't really a chipper event either. Jedi are still being hunted by Vader and stormtroopers, insurgents (Rebels) are being eliminated by Palpatine and the ultimate death weapon is being constructed...

But I'm curious how they are going to have a show based on background characters with the occasional cameo of someone important (Vader? Bail? Palpatine? Boba?). If the casual SW fan (one who only watches the movies) turns on the tube and sees Quinlan Vos, they're gonna be like "Whos' that?" and I think it would be hard for those people to get involved in getting acquainted with unfamiliar or new SW characters.

If they want to take something from BSG, I hope it's the writing. The characters are well-developed, the dialogue is excellent and the plot enthralling.

That's not my opinion, that's a fact, jack (black).

"**** all you haters. I am going on record as declaring that The Departed is the best movie in the history of all time.

You forgot to put the "nicholson" after your 'that's a fact, jack'  ;)

The way they were going around doing what they thought needed to be done was scary.

Sad thing is that these things happened in real-life, too. It was good to see how Tyrol and Anders were conflicted with their participation while the others saw it as revenge.

Glad to see they didn't off Gaeta. I think he's cool.

Also, what is up with Six's change of heart with Gaius?? It'll be interesting to see what comes fo that.
