Managed to get five minutes and make the switch.  It's a definite improvement!

Thanks Jesse.  If you look at my collection pics, it's going to be a bit of a project for me to clear out all the figures to take it out.

Basically, everything is a project with Colin around!   :D

Received this set today.  Really nice and detailed....now I'm trying to incorporate the throne into my diorama.

I'm wondering if the cardboard throne of the diorama set can be flattened or removed without destroying the structural integrity of the rest of the set.

This week is going to be interesting.  I don't think any team can be counted out at this point.  The Broncos can win as long as they don't have a disastrous second quarter like they did the last time against the Pats.  The Packers only beat the Giants by a field goal last time, and not the Giants Defense is healthy and they are clicking.  The Saints look good, but they have a bad habit of not playing all that great on the West coast and outside...bit of a double whammy for them in San Fransisco.

Houston looked really good against the Bengals, I don't know if they can get past the Ravens, but if I were putting money on the game, I'd probably go with Houston and the points if the spread's more than 7 points.

I'm reading Killing Lincoln by Bill O'Reilly and Martin Dugard.  I'm only about 10 chapters in, and they are covering the end of the Civil War.  I've read some about some of the major battles but the way they are able to put you into the last retreat of Genral Lee's Northern Virginia army as they try to escape to North Carolina is amazing!

Definitely worth a read.

Finished season one yesterday. Loved it. Now it sucks I have no way of watching season 2. What to do? What to do? I did squash the urge to purchase any of the toys though. So that's good.

Though the urge to stop at Half Price Books and see if they have any of the graphic novels is still there.

You can find some of them on the cheap at places like Barnes and Noble.  I snagged about 2/3 of the graphic novels there, marked down to about $6-7 each.  I caught up on the whole series this way, but have switched over to individual issues as I cannot wait 6-7 months between stories.

I'm in the same boat on S2 since we don't get the AMC Channel - wish there was some way to watch the episodes online.  Come on AMC.

One of the airmen in my squadron watches the episodes online, but I'm not sure what site it is.  I'll ask him and get back to you.

The series started a bit slow, but it has really gotten good with one book left.

That's why it's so fun to watch.  Just knowing George Lucas would smash that copy with a hammer if he could.

I finally bit the bullet on this set.  $16.99 and free shipping from Amazon was too good to pass up.  I guess patience does pay off.   :D

Best Figure: Bespin Han (although there are plenty out there I would like to buy but have never seen, and Han wouldn't have made my list if it erent for Paul).

Best Vehicle: I did not buy any vehicles this year.

Best Exclusive:  The Mail-away Boba Fett is really nice.

Best Multipack: Republic Commando set.  Those SA clones are really nice.

A pic from the set got posted...  I'm half interested in it at this point, but I just don't know that the new Spiderman is going to cut it for me.

We saw The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo today.  Great movie and much more faithful to the book than the Sweedish version from a couple of years ago.

How many folks have been reading this series?  I've read all of the series so far and can hardly wait for the conclusion this March.

I received this book As a Christmas gift and I'm a couple of chapters into it.  Pretty good so far, and is probably required reading for KOTOR fans!

Merry Christmas everyone!  My best gift was to be home with my wife and son (and two dogs) and not in Afghanistan.

The Justin Tuck jersey, massage chair cushin books and gift cards were gravy.
