Hey Herbert!

Glad to see another familiar name from RS. Thanks for all your thoughts over in the RS Feedback thread, I think you got to say alot of what many were to afraid to say.

See you around,

Anthony

I'm going to have to echo a lot of what Ruiner said, I couldn't beleive the welcome I got the day I registered. There is a sincere feeling here that your voice counts and that if you do step over the line, instead of getting flammed, you get reasonable and pointed counter view. The government should work like this. :P

And I have to say that I think the the OPT in or Get out rule is kind of silly, I mean, how many people would actually take the time to opt out? I think that RS lost just as many e-mail recipients from the bannings as they would have if they would just give us the option to Opt out and stay in. Most of those people over there are kids, they don't pay attention to that kind of thing. To be honest, I would not opt out, but it annoys me that I don't have a say in the matter if I wish to remain there as a member, and that hurts more than getting an e-mail that I can block if I wished.

Still mad that I'm getting them since I'm banned at RS. >:(

Isn't that against the law?

I ran into a Hasbro rep like that recently. He was trying to tell me how rare the ROTS preview figures were going to be.

No spam for me, not on the first one, not on the second round either.  Odd?  Probably not, I think I blocked RS based emails a long time ago.

You see, here's a guy who's done the best possible and easiest thing in the world to avoid any conflict.

That's what I don't get. I know for some people it's a matter of principal, and for others like NBZ, it was a legal issue with work, but if you don't want the e-mail, just block it, it can't be any easier. RS can't ban you for blocking it, they won't even know.

If you weren't collecting Star Wars merchendise, what would you wind up spending your money on?

I myself would have a bigger CD collection and more DVD's.

I wan't planning this far ahead back in 95, but I'm in this for the long haul. I think my Dad is to blame, he made me stop collecting just before the original POTF run and I think the frustration fueled my current collecting habits.

I loved this line, and despite the higher pricepoint wish that they would continue the line and just do each and every one of the figures released from 1977 to 1983.

My Heart says yes, my wallet says no. :P

Overall, I loved this line. It's amazing that we more or less got what were were asking for with articulation, but must of the figures could still be improved. But if they never made another version of ANH Han again, I wouldn't complain a bit.

I'm a big fan of the Bespin Han as well. Still a superb figure.

I get tempted every time to e-mail sellers and call them out. I'm glad someone is actually doing it. ;D
