I got my preorder in last night too. I didn't expect that there would be any problems with the preorder this time around since the Keys haven't really gathered a huge following yet. It was nice to be able to get something preordered from SS in under 20 minutes for a change...

I received my HasbroToyShop.com order today! I got 10 DSG, 1 Emperor, 2 Chirpa and 1 C-3po . Surprisingly enough they were packaged very well too! Each figure was individually bubble wrapped.

I wouldn't say I'm a "first timer" with the Sideshow line given I've picked up one or two of the Hasbro 12" along the way. However I am an avid Sideshow 12' collector and have not, and don't plan on ever, missing a single one that is placed up for preorder. I guess I could say this is the first 12" line I've committed to collecting though.

I hit the Tuesday Morning near me and came up with nothing. The clerk there did a little calling around and all within a 25 mile radius has sold out. I would totally grab a Dooku if I could find it.

1-Does this X-Wing still have the storage compartment behind the pilot seat like the 2002 version?
2-How long does it usually take TRU.com to ship out preordered exclusives? I know that the Amazon days were a complete disaster in these cases (I was one of the ROTS wave 2 Unleashed victims), but I didn't know if now that the Endor AT-AT had started showing up in stores (and subsequently the Dagobah X-Wing) if TRU.com was shipping them out at the same time, or if there was a delay or what.
1 - Yes it does. That was a concern of mine before I saw it.
2 - You'll be lucky to actually get it from them. I hate to say it but I have NEVER had a successful preorder with TRU/Amazon.com. You'll have better luck in the stores and luck doesn't really even have to play a part with a little dedication. TRU seems to be one of the only places that has no problem holding SW toys (at least in my area). If you're working, hunt by phone
