Yep, those are the ones.  I know at one time I was responsible for one of their sellouts.

But then again, I really did need all of them...   ;D

One more to go.  Tion's on the way from Japan, but here are the others.  I like this series a lot more than I thought I would.

My conact in Hong Kong told me that he could get the Grievous chase, but for Tion Medon I'd have to get that one from Japan.  Could these series 10 chases be regional, like the Cantina Band member variations were?

I like them all.  My favorite keeps rotating among Charlie, Locke, and Sawyer.  Ben is a lot better than I thought he'd be too.

If Sir Real's card is banged up I have one I could swap with you. I bought an extra to open and both are in great shape card wise.

Sith-  You may want to take Outcast up on this, since with him there'd be no waiting, and it's already a guarantee of a good card.  As of today, my Shadow Guard still hasn't arrived, and I also don't know its condition yet.  Of course I'm still willing to do the trade, but sounds like he's ready to go with his.

Ta da!  :)

DSJ-

Are those standard Kub/Bearbrick display cases you've got there?  Looks like it, and if so, why does it appear that most/all your figures are off center?  I have all this series also, and in my cases, they are perefctly centered by using the footpeg.  Is this due to them holding the lightsabres, and they are all the way at the back wall of the case?  Could be but if that were true, I think the pegs would be visible, but they aren't. did you remove them?  Most noticeable is Amidala, who isn't even sitting flat on the floor of the case.  Just wondering.

Anyway, congrats on obtaining all 9.  I think the chases from this series are some of the best ever.

(BTW, Jango has two guns. Where's the other one?  =)

Hey I Am Sith-

You bet, I'll trade ya.  I have one coming in the mail as well, it should be here any day.  I'm gonna open him up, so, assuming my card is tip top, no problem on the trade.  I'll let you know when it gets here, and we can go from there.

Pay in advance, pay fees! Is this covered by Paypal incase something goes wrong?

I don't know about PayPal guarantees, of course that would be a question to ask PayPal, but I've never thought about that.  I do know that when I first started using foreign services such as this one (this is the second one I've used), I was also cautious/leery, and as such, I started small, one item, to see if it was successful or not.  It was, and I've never had any problems with Masato's service, ever.  I don't really like paying commission on top of the bid prices, but his time is worth something, including bidding, receiving, and re-shipping.  And until I have a friend living over there willing to do this, it's the only way to get these items from Japanese sellers not willing to ship internationally, which is most of them.

There are many out there, but the one I use is m-world-service.com.  I'd also recommend you compare the auction fee structure among several `services since they differ from one to the next.  But I can vouch fro "Masato" at m-world.  Very good communication, excellent packing and quick service on bid requests.  He ships once per month at EOM, so I have to wait a month to get this particular 5-pack since it didn't make the July EOM shipment.

Check Yahoo Japan auctions.  I got my 5-pack set from there just this week for $175.  Even with any fees you might pay a service to get this, it's still cheaper than these insane ebay items.  Granted, ~ $200 isn't all that "sane" on its own, but by comparison, it's somewhat better.

Here's an older pic of my collection.  I have a few dozen more since this pic was taken, but here they are:

So, Evilalive, does Zam have an alternate alien face painted on the back of the head?

Hmm, got my Yoda Spirit for $120, guess I got lucky.

But I like the other Spirits better, I think.  The whilte highlights really add to the look.  I would have preferred they used the series 5 Yoda as the base instead of series 9, since s9 is a Prequel version (younger Yoda), and the Spirit version should be the oldest version of the character (Lucas film redo of ROTJ ending notwithstanding... grr).  Like Spirit OB1 is old, Spirit Yoda should also be old.  And I'll have to compare the figures to be sure, but didn't the series 5 version also have smoother clothing, which would have make the white highlighting more possible?
