Nice gun, I'd like to see some side pics of that.
I stopped by TRU today and checked out all of those BBI figures and I didn't find any that would be suitable for the gatling gun  :(
I also couldn't find a War Machine figure, but then again, $8 for a piece of custom fodder might be a little hefty...

Great job!  Everytime I try to combine GI Joe parts with Star Wars stuff it turns out looking ridiculous, but Aayla looks excellent!

Those all look excellent to me!  I like the pack on the back of your Commander Gree.  My only thing would be to dirty Gree up a bit.  Some blaster scorch marks, scrapes, and knicks in his armor would look really cool.
I like your Shocktroopers and that you kept them clean, they look great that way.  If you're just starting out in customizing then I'm completely blown away because these all look incredible!

Hey, thats an idea.  I was thinking of using the Dlx snowtrooper canon one myself, although (A)I cant find, and (B) my memory is hazy on the details of it.

Those 4" solider guys must have accessory packs with something I could use.

If you're thinking about the bbi figures from TRU, I don't recall seeing anything really good (I did use a bazooka for my heavy weapons clone, but other than that there isn't a whole lot of compatible weapons).  The Deluxe/Saga Snow Trooper heavy repeating blaster might work, although it's really long and might look a little strange unless you shorten it a bit.

I'd like to give him some kinda gatlin gun, but haven't determined what to use for parts.

I was thinking about making a gatling gun clone using the Marvel Legends War Machine Gatling Gun (the one on his shoulder) and making the double-handle out of a couple of blasters.

Very nice!  Now I know what to do with all of my G.I. Joe knives! :P
Great weathering details and all of the accessories look fantastic.  Let's see some pics of him beating the snot out of some battle droids! ;D

Bocraa looks great man!  Definitely a cool concept to see a wookie wearing pants :P  Too bad the arms don't move, but I guess articulation doesn't matter because I'm just looking at the pics anyway.
That blade is definitely bad ass :o

Great idea, I love that t-shirt :P
Any pics of them in the hangar working on an X-Wing?

In fact - I'll have to double-check tonight, but I think the one thing that is consistent among all of the clones is their hands - so if you're going to do that, why stop at just the hands?

Not even the hands are the same ::)

I absolutely think that every clone should be made using either the #6 Clone Trooper or #41 Clone Trooper (or #33 Clone Commander if the figure has a skirt).   Clearly, Hasbro has shown that they are capable of making a great clone trooper with lots of articulation, so I have no idea why they would rework some clones to reduce the amount of articulation.

Why does Commander Bacara have such crappy articulation?  If they wanted to give him a quick-draw feature, it is inconceivable to me that they would not use the #6 Quick-Draw Clone.  What are they thinking?  I'm definitely going to do a parts swap when this guy comes out and then use the remaining body for some sort of dead and mangled clone.
The Jet Pack clone trooper wouldn't have been such a rip off had they used a SA clone body.
I really can't figure out the logic of giving us so many different clones with inferior articulation.   >:( ???

« on: June 1, 2005, 12:25 PM »
I used to love Harvey's (not Hardee's :P), but I haven't eaten them since grade 3 when i was still in Toronto, so I don't know if they're any good anymore.
Over in New Jersey, we don't have a lot of really good burger joints.   My favorite would be Fudrucker's  :D ... delish
I really want to eat at In-and-Out Burger, mostly because of the Big Lebowski, but also because everybody that I know that has eaten there says that they have the best burgers ever.   :'(
