I'm so confused over whose picture is really whose picture . . . and I know that no one would want to see a picture of a fat 40 year old man so . . . . .gladly I won't put you through it. Just imagine a 40 year old Chris Farley and you have me. Now I can say this, though I don't like my weight from a health standpoint, and I intend to start swimming again to reduce that, I am great with who I am and where I am in my life. I have THE BEST wife in the world who is my lover, best friend and companion, an awesome marriage that works, and two beautiful kids that are bright, healthy and growing up in a way that will enable them to be productive members of society. So, IF you really want to see a picture, I guess I could scan one and send it to you in email. . . . or I share this visual.
I hurt my back pretty bad last Thursday at school/work running after my class in the field behind my school (I ran into a hole and jammed/jolted my low back; I have a detoriating disc at L5 and the S1.). So this weekend I have been literally flat on my back, and could only move by crawling until last night. I took several hot baths in our garden tub and on Saturday I could not get out. My 11 year old son got worried because I was in pain and he heard that, and asked my wife what he could do. "Nothing" she replied. "Your Dad is too heavy for me to help (true) so he'll have to crawl face forward out of the tub like a . . . .(hesitates and then she decides to call it as it is) beach whale. He'll look like the Orca at Sea World coming out of the water!"
Man, all I could say was to put on my Rodney D. voice and say "No respect!" and laugh which hurt even more!
