The ad version will go away when they lose a ton of subscribers.

No worries Jeff.  I just can't access the boards at work...I probably shouldn't be doing that anyway.

It's that time of year again.

Good points guys....I didn't really consider that.  But Hasbro's a much larger company than other toy manufacturers, you would think they wouldn't have those types of factory problems.

I just can't buy into the "we lost the legacy tooling" hypothesis.  These tools are expensive and not exactly something you could easily misplace.  I'm more of a mind that there's an expense there Hasbro just does not want to spend.

I see someone in a longing gaze. Unrequited love?   :P

Wow, you are right, Never noticed that before. Maybe I was too focused on Ackbar myself whenever I watched that scene.

She messed it all up on the first date.

New trailer.    :o

Some really cool stuff in this trailer and the show looks absolutely amazing!

Unfortunately, it looks like they've pushed it to 21 September.  No worries, I'm patient.

Collector's Tips / Re: Moving a collection

Part three in the series is up!

Definitely some good take-aways from the moving experience this time:

- Use a moving company that will keep your stuff on the same truck(s) from loading to off loading...less risk of items going missing.

- You can't use enough bubble wrap or packing materials.

- Lead car should have the checkbook to pay the movers at the other end.  My wife did not show up when she thought she would.   :D

Paul Sorvino.  Need to watch Goodfellas now.

They haven't made a speeder bike in years.  That was one of their original double-dippers where they would release everyone that was ever near a speeder bike on a speeder bike - Scout Trooper, Leia, Luke, Ewok.

Honestly, if they use the speeder bike that came with the Legacy AT-AT they wouldn't have to change anything for the Mandalorian and only have to make it brown for any ROTJ release (40th anniversary is just around the corner.)

According to the website, I have Koska arriving Saturday with Migs estimated for 4 August.

Of course they're all going to my Florida address and I am still in Colorado.

It's the two vac-metalized figures.  They're jacking the price up on this so when it doesn't sell well, they will use that data to justify not doing a modern vac-metalized C-3P0.

Another, more plausible, reason is that Hasbro is charging this ridiculous price because they know most people will pay it.

The Vintage Collection / Re: 2022 TVC Boba Fett's Starship

It's nice.  I really like the Fett.  But I already have the TVC version so I will probably pass on this.

Does Wal-Mart not allow you to update the CC on preorders?! I went to check on mine and realized it was on my old CC before I had to get it replaced. It won't let me update the payment method on the order, even though I now only have my current card on file with them. I'll be rather upset if the system doesn't switch to bill my correct card and the order gets cancelled.

I need my entertainment-inspired-world-building-accessories damnit!

I was able to update credit card info on Walmart preorders but they would not allow me to update a shipping address.

I'm addressing that in the next installment of my moving a collection videos.

Well at least that should be the end of the near constant complaining from everyone about TVC... long have you been in this hobby???

BTW...I told all of you months ago they weren't changing TVC.  I want credit!
