I have to say as well that MySpace is absolutely not at fault. They have no obligation to anyone... they are a private site and can and will do as they please. It is the parents responsibility to watch what their children are doing. If Myspace wants to provide some type of service to attempt to deter problems like this then that is great, but they do not need to. If you don't like their site, don't visit it. As for the guy, he forced himself upon someone else- that was a bad choice and he should have to pay for that poor decision.

Yea...I was in that chatroom at the time. We were all so hyped up for ROTS, but we all swore we wouldn't post the pics anywhere...sure enough some jackass posted them in a thread on RS just a few hours later. I think his name started with a D, but I'm not sure. I've forgotten pretty much everyone from RS.

You have no idea how pissed I was when they were reposted. I tried to report them, but it took a while before they were taken down and with RS' traffic at the time, they spread fairly quickly. I had been checking a French news website for Star Wars info and saw them there a few days later. The guy was just an idiot...Ray n Quiet Rob ( who's true name we were told not to mention afterwards) made only one mistake, and that was trusting everyone in that chatroom without spending enough time to know if they could be trusted or not.

That wasn't how they were released at all... I had a source in that chat room if truth be told and they saved the images and sent them in and I ran the story as a JediDefender exclusive. I have the legal documents to prove it. Just do a search for "JediDefender" on google... many results will be from "Episode 3 leaks" and the like.

yup..no wifi hotspot.... ..I consider it "borrowing" , lol....  ...just never do know who has a wireless router and dosen't have a firewall..or a password..neat thing..I have their I address from this..so if I wanted I could do a simple port scan of the IP address to see what port are open, telnet into their computer and reformat their hard drive(s)..of course that could mess up the connection I have now..so I won't....
