CW Mandalorian Troop Shuttle

Ok, so technically it's not a "figure rumor" but EE has a new pre-listing up for a Mandalorian Gunship. 

No pictures or description, but based on my recollection this could be 1 of 2 different Mando ships. Either would be pretty cool as they are both interesting designs.

It's in a mid-size vehicle assortment so it's pretty safe to post in here I guess.

Any guesses what it is?  I'm thinking something Hasbro's making up, or they're doing the bounty hunter Gunship that Embo & Co. were in I guess.  Let the guessing games begin I suppose, till SDCC.

Hasbro hasn't invented any midsized Star Wars vehicles in a long time. Have they? Even the Jedi repaints were established in other media, right? (I'm no expert.)

Some folks at other boards point a Mandalorian shuttle and fighter seen on the cartoon. They'd have to be scaled down quite a bit.

Maybe it'll be the droid gunship repainted. Ha! Wouldn't that be lame.

There is a Mandalorian Gunship on Wookipedia. Kinda odd looking. Never seen it in any episodes of CW.

It just better not be another repaint of the Republic Gunship, with a Bantha skull on the nose or something weak like that. Ugh.

Just as long as it's a brand new sculpt, I welcome it.

I have good news: at that price point, it *can't* be a Republic Gunship repaint.  It's another "Starfighter Class" vehicle so it being anything but an entirely new $25-$30 vehicle would be a real surprise.

Heck, I'd be happy if it WERE a Republic Gunship repaint.  Do you see what those stupid things go for on eBay now, after 6 repaints?  There's still a big market for this stuff.

It's the Mandalorian shuttle from THE CLONE WARS.

Very surprising that this one got chosen, considering it will be in the Starfighter assortment.

It does feature multiple seating, at least 6 in the cockpit from what I can see.

I like it fine, not the most exciting ship but at least it's not another repaint of a previous vehicle.

Was this the only new midsize vehicle in the case, other than the artillery cannon? I saw something else adjacent but it could have been a V-19.

At this point I'd have to say my 3 most wanted vehicles are the Geonosian Starfighter, the Halo, and the Jedi T-6 shuttle. (Twilight goes without saying, lost cause that it is)

Geo fighter not reappearing is a shock.  It's a really solid, good sculpt, had a unique pilot, and would be appreciated back at retail I think.

If they could fix the sagging front forks, they'd hit a home run with a re-release.  I'd probably buy 2 though, regardless, and fix the forks myself.

So...I was thinking about this thing tonight. I always assumed it would show up before the holidays, but here we are on the threshold of Black Friday and not a sign of it anywhere. A lot of the stores I frequent seem to have available space for the mid-size line too, especially TRU.

I recall last year it was hard to find the Tri-Fighter and HMP but HTS had them up for order in plenty of time before X-Mas. It has still not shown up there either yet though.

Weird, this would be a good seller I think.
