Checking back through this thread, I find the above link. It was never confirmed but it certainly looks like a Spudbacca.

That certainly is something Chewbacca. I wouldn't be suprised if it is a "Spudbacca". But why won't they release it?!?

I think that is just the "Buddies" Chewbacca in that photo... 

I went to C3 and I definitely don't remember any Spud-bacca being there (and we spent hours at the Hasbro booth).  Someone would have reported it by now if it were something worth mentioning...

What I didn't know until I saw this pic is that Spud2 comes with a mini-holo Spud Leia!  Very cool!

Now that the better pics have shown up, I can say that it is R2's "Buzz-Droid Attack Claw" from RotS.   

I would have rather had the periscope...

Well, I guess EE finally worked their way up the food chain to the "mega-sized" orders like mine. 

I got my shipping notice today, so my four cases of Astromechs are finally on their way and should be here next week!

Everyone seems to have missed that the preorder page says it is only available online.

That little thinger means nothing though as it ends up on almost half of the TRU/Amazon exclusive items.

In fact, it's on the Hoth Battle Pack page and that was available in the retail stores.  I think sometimes the Amazon web monkey gets that badge mixed up with this one:    

Once upon a time, when the Clone Wars Command Gunship was originally released, it had pictures of a "Yellow" Clone Commander on it to everyone's surprise.  The "Yellow" Clone Trooper was not available at the time, but he showed up later in the Wal-Mart Value 2-packs.  

I'd have to say that that the clone(s) on this box are in a similar boat.   Even though they are not included with the Gunship, I would guess that most definitely will be out sometime this year.

If pictures show up and it's in Saga style packaging, then it will most likely find it's way back over here...

OK, so I cut and pasted and merged all our various "Clone Wars Gunship" threads together and re-located them into this here Saga thread since the packaging is most definitely Saga.

Actually, my guess was the Death Star trench.  However, a Y-Wing definitely seems like a possibility, but that 2nd pic has me stumped.  I'm not quite sure where it would fit.

I think maybe those pics are from 3 different things?  

3 different things that are all planned for this year like a Y-Wing (pic 1 = fuselage), a Death Star Turbolaser (pic 2) and an X-Wing (pic 3 = droid socket)?

i don't mean to rile up the masses but someone over at POTF2.COM who always has inside info is stating that these chase figures are repainted silver figures.

Another day, another rumor... 

Unless perhaps ALL the rumors are true!

If that is the case, then I for sure will be out hunting my Silver Painted, Foil Cardback, Variant Pose, vOTC-esque Han Solo with Repainted Carbonite Block with Lucas Mail-Away on the back.   

I sure hope Toy Fair clears this mess up because I'm getting sick of all the rumors we've seen so far...
