Nice!  6 out of 10 this time.  I know I won't do that well in the AOTC poll though.  ;D

Someone may have already posted this but has anyone figured out how the panning droid "connects" to the platform. I am not an engineer and I can't make it work.

I just worked this out myself last night.

The two arms that are not being used to hold the lava cauldron can swing forward to plug into the lava.  The platform will lift off of the lava base, and you'll find two slots that are intended for those two arms to plug into.  Plug those in, then replace the platform and the Panning droid and lava mining platform are effectively one unit.

If my explanation isn't clear enough, check out the small photo on the figure blister.  It shows how the pieces integrate.  But the way I set mine up looks a good deal better than the RS image.

Saw Juno Eclipse and Vader in a store this morning.  They look alright.  I left them behind though, since I've got a deal pending for the entire wave minus the Shadow Guard.

Props to Beedo for the audio... which just absolutely makes the article.   ;D

Very nice.  Although I think a comment on D_Martin's love of dutch angles in his photography fell by the wayside. ;D

The Mandalore has a big ax shaped thing and a shield, and while I could be mistaken I could have sworn this staff came with the sith set...

Um, no.  The staff goes with the Mandalore, along with the shield and ax.

Correct.

The only accessories that come with the Sith set are the lightsabers for each Sith Lord plus the orbalisk armor pieces for Darth Bane.

There may or may not be a midnight madness.  But it does appear to be a hard street date.  That date showed up in almost all of the Hasbro presentation slides.  There are a good number of movie licensed toy lines out there that launch on a specific date, and usually the cases have the street date stamped in red.

I had an easy time finding Hermi Odle.  Especially in comparison with the other wave 6 figures.

The staff is from the Fett Legacy set.  That goes with Mandalore.  And the electricity goes with the Secret Apprentice (apprentice version).  If you check out the package back you'll see where those should go.

Looks like they used the image for TC-4 from the Visual Dictionary for R-3PO's card.  I just checked the book and it's that exact same image minus the Hoth background.

Well there is an image of TC-4 in that book, regardless.

I ordered this Obi-Wan.  Definitely one of the coolest Sideshow offerings to date.  I hope they don't do a lot more like this one though, because jacking the price on armored Jedi will kill my 12" focus on only Jedi and Sith.

I think the price increase has everything to do with the armor.  It's not so much of a standard body that Sideshow can just give different softgoods to along with a new headsculpt.  This required substantial new sculpting.
