Went to see HP4 on Sunday, but was thwarted by the evil "sold out" signs - we got there at 1:30pm to buy tickets for the 2:45pm show and it was sold out until 7pm.  So, rather than go home and come back hours later, we thought we'd pass on HP4 (for now) and see something else instead....

So, we ended up seeing Chicken Little.  I'm not afraid to admit that I'm a fan of Disney movies, and I thought this one was really good.  Not "Toy Story" good, but pretty good nonetheless.

I liked the story ("fish out of water" was my fav character) and the animation was top notch.  One thing that did bug me was that this was yet another movie where the mom is dead (what does Disney have against Moms anyway?  :P).

This being a Disney movie, it was of course chocked full of Disney previews - Cheaper by the Dozen 2 (lame sequel) and the new Shaggy Dog (with Tim Allen). After seeing the Tim Allen "Shaggy Dog" preview, I have to say I was a little miffed.  I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but after they did a "Flubber" movie with Robin Williams a few years ago that flopped, that should have been a sign to Disney to just leave the classics alone...

This year it was a new Herbie, next year the "Shaggy Dog", what's next - "the Apple Dumplin' Gang"?   ;)

I cybered with someone claiming to be Lady Jaye in the chatroom here a couple weeks ago. Wasn't half bad.

It was a night I'll never forget...  :-*

Due to some schedule conflicts, I won't get to see this one until Sunday.   :(

It should be a good one though from everything I'm reading/hearing.   :)

Don't feel too bad, I left Arnott on the bench the other day and he had a hat-trick.

Not the first time it happened to me this year and I'm sure it won't be the last "dang I shoulda played that guy" moment... unless of course I get that Time Machine up and running this weekend.

Uh...  Maybe all you nitwits didn't notice, but the NBA season has started now.  Anyone watching?!

Until the T-Wolves do enough to get me back on the bandwagon (4-4 ain't gonna cut it, though the win over the LAkers was nice  :D), I'm content to ignore the NBA until after the Superbowl.

Everyone knows the regular season doesn't count for much anyway...  :P

They retail at HLJ for 7,619 yen or $64. US each so 15,238 yen or around $128. US. for both so those figures could be in the ball park.

Wait... are you talking about 400% Stormie Han/Luke or RAH Stormtroopers?   ???

I think Adam is talking about RAH Stormies, and at HLJ, the RAH Stormtrooper is listed at 16,800 yen retail.

Have these hit anywhere yet?  Or are they suppose to show up after Black Friday.  I havent heard nothing in some time.

I don't think there have been any confirmed USA finds yet.  The only people I know who have them ordered from over-seas e-tailers or other imported sources.

I think we are all still working on the assumption that these are expected next week for the big shopping season.... sometime between now and Christmas is all we know for sure.   :-\

Wow, that really turned out great!

I love the way you incorporated the real feathers - very cool "soft goods" addition!

Fantastic paint job on the torso pattern too!

Whoops, benched Demitra because I'm a game or two over the pace at the Center position and he drops in 3 assists in the first two periods.

Hey!  with a +13 lead, you're not allowed to point stuff like that out...  >:(

My team seems to be slumping hard and my goalies are sucking it up (I'm -9 games below pace on the Goalie spot  :().  Hopefully I can recover from my tail-spin before you open that gap any further...
