Got Jean Claude Danva/Battle Droid & Roth Mason/Super battle droid Geonosis arena sets for $5.08 each...Yeah, 3 years ago and a different collection!  :P I'm annoyed last time I was there they had Fisto/Genosians guess some army builder or ebay hustler scooped them all up when they hit $5.

Passed on a Saga Legends ROTS Anakin for $2. If he'd had the secret weapons I'd have gotten him.

Last vintage 3-pack was back up to $24.99.  :(

No shuttles left...*phew* dodged that bullet again (the bullet being the "too cheap to pass up but I know it take up more space that its worth").

No unusual Target mark downs of sith 2-packs or clone wars figures.

Maybe that's why he bad mouthed the movie recently.

We gotta wait until next week for what I think is part 1 of another 4 part saga. Making this season composed of just 8 or 9 stories when its done.  (9 if you consider the two R2-D2 & C-3PO episodes as seperate, if related, adventures)

Some behind the scene video with Sam Witwer recording as Darth Maul.  WARNING: It  might spoil the episode(s) a little if you watch it though.

And still not worth it!

If they include the new Ponda Baba, which I've never seen, I might get a creature set. But they probably wouldn't include the extra arms.

IIRC, wasn't it planned for 100 episodes, ratings or not?

It seems ARMP'D is in scale with Jedi Force so I'm guessing that it's just an extension of it.  Maybe I'm wrong on that but that was the impression I got.

It seems they did have some new stuff shown.

A few figures. Naboo fighter. Vader's TIE...it spins!

That means they've done 2  kiddie Vader TIE's and we still got the POTF2 one reissued last year.  :(

They really made the original Ric look pathetic.

Sad news. That means the original 1999 figure's value will plummet on the aftermarket.  :P

The way Ventress saves not only herself but two nightsisters from falling, it's not impossible.

Also in AOTC, Anakin literally jumping out of a speeder how many stories up?

I'd pick up the AWE Striker and  fangboat on clearance (hope the boat has a normal gun option for the big launcher on the one side...doubt it, though), hell, at $15 SRP I might buy them new if the figures included didn't blow.

I think it's hysterical that GI JOE can make Roadblock a "ninja commando" and leader of the team (or what's left of it).

The word is that the articulation reduction is necessary for costs and it is cheaper to make a new five point articulated figure than to pay extra cost assembly for a reissue or some corporate spew...maybe...why included drivers? They must be necessary for value perception...but then most Star Wars vehicles are figureless. And the new Retaliation packages don't even display the figure in a little window, either.

Word is the heads of the drivers can probably fit on good figures.

Wow, what a letdown.

- Tarkin sucks, which is disappointing considering how long we've been waiting for one. Why waste soft goods on him? That's just a puzzling move, save that for Jedi or Troopers, or people who actually do more than just stand there and walk around.

Death Star conference all the officers are sitting. I like for them to sit, but that cloth looks bad, even the old POTF2 molded on "skirt" detail was better looking (and he could sit).

Would it kill Hasbro to have some consistency between their Imperial Officers?

They've never gotten them right. It's amazing. They sculpted Needa's torso with removable rank badges and have only used it again on At-At Commander whose badge is covered up by his armor.

How bulky will that look? They had to make ROTS Anakin a southpaw light up saber because of his thinner robot right hand.

30% off all some  star wars with week at Toy R Us (their ad lies and implies everything). Mostly new stuff, all figures and new battle packs. The older boxed crap is 10% off, you, the stuff other stores clearanced out already.

I went to Walmart yesterday and they had the 3D movie wave. There were 3D glasses all over the place! Some kids had a field day removing them from the cards and scatering them throughout the asile. There were only a couple of cards that still had the glasses intack. Weird since we were just talking about this happening.

It wasn't kids. I did it. I wanted to stick it to MOC collectors. Also, I thought they were x-ray glasses and kept looking for a pair that wasn't "defective".  :P
