The Last Jedi / Re: TLJ 3.75" Class A Creature/Droid Assortment

I got 3x of the probe droid set. The droid is awesome, and I gave all three Vaders (over the course of a couple months) to my Vader"obsessed 2 1/2 year old son. The 5 poa figures work well for toddlers.

So is that Wampa actually out in stores? Is it coming to stores? All I see online is a set for like $45, but I think that's some scalper ****.

Anyone know if the rumors about Disney stopping all Slave Leia merchandise it true?

A scale carbon-freeze chamber is a huge want for me.

In a great surge of dorky compulsiveness, I created a list of who was in Jabba's palace, who was on the sail barge, who was on the prisoner skiff and who was on the patrol skiff. If any of you have a Palace setup AND a sail barge/skiff setup, this will come in handy.

Note: some characters move during the battle at the Sarlacc, which is why you see Luke on both skiffs and the sailbarge, and Boba Fett on the barge and prisoner skiff.

I also tracked which characters have figures. If I'm missing something, let me know.

Ugh... This is the wave that's going to get me collecting the sequel trilogy.

Seems like there's a relatively small amount of good sequel figures though, right? Aren't they mainly all 5poa?

I feel like the TVC Slave 1 is actually pretty great, and pairs up well with the BMF. The entry ramp could be more accurate for sure, and the interior stinks, but that might be more of a job for customizers than Haslab.

I do think Hasbro will use this angle to create more press-worthy items though, so we may not see the logical items we would expect like Y-Wings and other slightly-more-to-scale smaller ships. Don't get me wrong, I'd love it if they started pumping out definitive versions of Star Wars ships, but I just wonder if each campaign will need to make a bigger and bigger splash. I guess it depends on how much the marketing team gets involved and fouls it up.

I got the email too. Not too concerned about the delay on the book, as I wasn't all that interested in the first place. I'm sure it'll be a nice piece to flip through, but it's obviously not what got us to drop $500.

Agreed. I think it would just be kind of dumb.

Does anyone know if the paint apps for Jyn are the same as the original release?

Yeah I suspect they'll have some releases that tie in. It would be a good question to ask them officially (as JediDefender.com) as a news item.

I really do want a new Tessek and Bib Fortuna.

Don't forget Tessek and Elom in that list! They're both definitely on the barge, hanging around Ree Yees and Bossk.
