Hey Chewie, Just playing catch up on your Phoyo Novel Series, for some reason I could never change the pages when I tried to view them at the Custom Alliance??
Great Work as always. Those Wookies came out  perfect. They look like totally new wookies to me and not lke your basic  Chewbacca repaints. The Prime minister is the real stand out in this bunch though, What did you use for his jacket?

Keep up the great work.

Star Wars Action Figures / Grand Admiral
« on: November 27, 2005, 04:02 PM »
Here is my Grand Admiral. This custom will be a major character in my upcomming photo Novel series.
This Custom was much more difficult than it looks. In order to get the Ball Socket Shoulders on the Lobot Body I had to 1st holow out the shoulder sockets w/ my dremel. Then I had to very carefully drill a tiney hole in each of the pegs that originally attached the Arms to there previous owner(Some Army of Darkness Guy). Then I had to attach the arms to each other via a small metal rod, cut from a heavy duty paper clip, through the Lobot body. The rest was just your Custom Basics, Paint, Head Swap, etc.. LMK what you think.

I have a custom in mind, but don't know wich fodder would best suit my needs. I'm looking for a head sculpt that looks similar to Sean Connery in "The Hunt For Red October"
He has a full well trimmed salt and pepper beard.
Even if you don't have one I would appreciate any sugestions. I may be able to aquire it through other channels.
This will be used in my upcomming Photo Novel Series.

Photonovels and Movies / Re: Where to Host Photo Novel Images?
« on: November 24, 2005, 02:39 PM »
Right now my head is so full of ideas, it's going to Explode!
I think I'm going to run two series. One will be a series of Short (Clone Wars Style) Stories. These will show some of my more Caotic Story lines that won't fit into my regular on going series. The second series will be my ongoing Photo Novel (Very Comic Book in style). This will have regular appearing Heroes and Vilians and run in a consistant Time-Line. So, I imagine I'll need quite a bit of space. I just need to Customize my main Character and I'll be up and running.

Photonovels and Movies / Where to Host Photo Novel Images?
« on: November 24, 2005, 01:24 PM »
I need to know the best place to host Images for my upcomming Photo Novel series.  I use the Star Wars Custom Gallery for my Customs, but I don't think that sight was intended for such large pics.

Any suggestions?

Photonovels and Movies / Update 11-23-2005
« on: November 23, 2005, 11:53 PM »
Update  ;)

This is the best Han w/ Trenchcoat custom I have seen. I would copy this same custom but I'm waiting to see what Hasbro's Neo OTC 06's version is like.

Just 2 minor suggestion though,
1. Add a camo pattern to the coat. The pattern was not very complicated. I think it just consisted of  some Brown Smudges over a beige base.

2. Take a VOTC Han's holster and fit it to your Endor Han. It may be to small to fit perfectly but you can cut it in the back to make it wider. No one will be able to see the cut hidden by the Trenchcoat.

Very nice work.

Photonovels and Movies / Photo Shop Help
« on: November 21, 2005, 12:51 AM »
Does anyone have any tips for creating Photo Novels using Photo Shop. I'm flying blind here. I want to take pics of my figs and apply them to background photos. Then I'd like to spruce them up with cool effects, Explosion, Laser Blast, Light sabers etc..

Please help me Obi Wan your my only hope.

Wow! That scarf is digital? That looks a 100% better. I can't even figure out how to cut and paste my fig pics on to a background pic yet alone put articles of realistic looking clothing on them.

Excellent work, as usual Chewie.

Your Trandoshen Looks Great! I could see this guy Beserking through the halls of a Star Ship Ripping through Troopers like they were made of paper!

I'm not buying that Hammerhead senator though. His posture is to good. That colar on the Mas Ameda Robe must be strangleing him. And his feet should be sticking out from under his Robe.

I like the concept of the Pilot aswell but the MicroBinoculars for his chest box is just too recognizable as such.

Senator Noop is flawless a perfect background Character.

P.S. Rykrof always kind of reminded me of the lead singer of Nickel Back

Star Wars Action Figures / Re: Tedious Customs *UPDATED... AGAIN!*

Great work!

The trandoshen looks awsome. I have an extra Bossk Bust-Up. I was going to use to make another Merc. But, I think I might copy this part mix if you don't mind?

Immitation is the best form of flattery.

Star Wars Action Figures / The Infamous Death Star Construction Worker
« on: November 20, 2005, 05:15 PM »
Somebody had to build it. And I am pretty sure they were'nt Stormtroopers
This custom is part EU part Fan-Fic. These guys were made infamous in the Kevin Smith Classic "CLERKS".

This poor guy was on lunch break after pulling a double overtime shift finishing some final adjustments to the second Death Star's Super Laser, when Terrorist Rebels blew he and several thousand of his coworkers into oblivian.
LMK what you think.

I wow great work. That Aqua Clone is fantastic. My only sugestion would be to change the numbers on the back to Star Wars Numerials. You can Down load them from this site  Imperial Gallery
