I saw The Lone Ranger on the plane yesterday...maybe I'm stupid or maybe I don't know what a good movie is but I really enjoyed it.  I totally see what they were trying to do with it, the humor and characters were very much POTC.  I also sense the bad reviews really sunk them from the start...anyone else ever see it?

I had a very similar experience to you. Watched it on the plane and really enjoyed it too.

That looks really awesome!  Great looking display... the Hasbro and Kubrick pieces really seem to go together nicely!

Tried to get be for my son this morning. I got to Target early and was 17th in line. They had 16 to sell.  The hunt is on... Not sure why we didn't preorder this.

I think next week will be an hour long episode about what the Governor and his cronies have been up to since they left.  S those waiting for the Rick/Darryl confrontation will most likely have to wait two weeks.

Sorry to disrupt the talking dead bashing... But I completely agree with Matt. I think next week is (unfortunately) going to be entirely about the Governor. We probably won't see a lot of the prison except maybe or the mini cliff hanger at the end.

Maybe she comes into contact with our good friend Phillip?

Or ends up with a role in the spinoff series.

I hadn't thought about that!  Could be the long term plan.

Can't believe I forgot to mention the bit about the radio. It was quickly overshadowed by the car hijiinks with the herd, but who WAS that on the radio?

Seems like maybe a good way to introduce another comic favorite...drum roll please: ABRAHAM

You read it here first.

The show producer mentioned something about the Comics in reference to the radio part. Well she said it may or may not be related to the comics. Having not read the comics, I have no reference.

Three black people went out with one white guy, and none of them died.

I don't even know what show I'm watching anymore.

I thought we were going to lose one for sure. I'm still it sure how Tyreese made it out. I figured he would as it didn't seem like it was his time yet.

So, doesn't appear to be much Winter in the Winter Soldier movie.

Still looks pretty cool.

Is any sticking with the Agents of SHIELD?  My son and I have enjoyed the show but I worry that it is not going to have enough general appeal. It seems to be losing ratings each week. I suspect ABC has poured too much into it to kill it early but I hope it survives.  I think references and cameos to the other parts of the franchise will help.

I wish she would just write more books and then adapt those for cinema. This cutting out the middle man stuff sort of defeats the best thing about this franchise - how excited it got kids about reading.

I'm totally with you on this. I'm looking forward to more in the universe but I'd much rather have a new series of books first!  My kids loved these.

That does look pretty sweet. Are the lights integrated or did you add those?

Anyone have the Yoda 12" Hut?  Sideshow has slightly discounted the price and offering free shipping... I'm debating ordering one for my Yoda.

So apparently they are filming the new Transformers in Chicago today. We were driving downtown and I saw the new Optimus Prime parked on the side of the road. Pretty sweet. We weren't expecting it so I didn't have my camera ready!
