2.  the common trait all of the employees share at these stores

Dollar General name tags?

I'd be willing to change the main banners to "JediMacDefender" in celebration.

And by that I mean I'd have one of the guys on staff that knows how to do that do it...

If "the tracks lead off in is direction...", why did it take finding a metal washer to figure out it was droids, I mean sure C3P0 walks semi-human esque. But R2D2 is making 3 distinct tracks.  How many species have 3 legs that "drag" like that?

Not being overly critical of the "canon".... I'm just making conversation.

And why would the rocky area be better for R2 and not C3P0?

Where did they end up?  Without getting too deep into EU?

I was watching Star Wars and was thinking, why not let them out if they are on the Death Star.  Once your cover is blown why not?

Voltar is up.  I can't post it, I'm on my iPad and it is smarter than me.

I'm going to make a 45 minute Friday afternoon commute take 3 hours.  There are 10 in reasonable distance from the highway on my way home.

If that price is accurate, I'll buy every one I see and help all of us out.

I'll also double somebody else's money if they can find that duke or shipwreck before I do.

1313 Mockngbird lane was where the Munsters lived.  In a bid to join the Vampire/werewolf hype and add the "tween" market it is a Star Wars/Munsters mash up.

But I can't tell you where I heard that.

I ordered Zero.  Meant to, gt reminders from Jesse about once a week during the last months even.  I suck. They will probably make me sell the website now.

Rob did send me one, so I do have one.

So in need of a good resculpt.

By the time he came out in the vintage line I was into GI Joes a bit more, wish I would have had him then.

I'm hoping my Disney connection comes through for me on this one because, well, I just love these...  don't even need the hats.  Just love the droids.  Purple R3?  Cool beans.

Love the colors on those...  No plan of ever going to DW or DL before I die though, so yeah, if I can't find an outlet for these I'm hosed I guess.  :-\

I know one connection that will hook you up.

They need a Jawa too.

Went by a store today called Vintage Stock in St. Louis (Chesterfield Mall) as I heard a tip that they had some of the new movie figures.

What I saw:

Basic Figures ($9.99)
- Snake Eyes  x 1
- Storm Shadow x 1

Deluxe Motorcycles ($14.99)
- Snake Eyes x 6
- Firefly x 6

Battle Packs ($19.99)
- Cobra Ninja, Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow x 2
- Kamukara, Roadblock, Beachhead x 2

Vehicles ($24.99)
- AWE Striker (Snake Eyes) x 2

I picked up the Cobra Ninja set for my son, that's what he wanted.  I'll upload a couple pics when I get a chance. But overall, I thought these looked really cool.  And if standard retail can keep the prices on the basic figures down, this line could be a real hit.  The deluxes were lame though in my opinion and are destined for clearance.

Nice find.  Almost makes me willing to go visit the inlaws who live around 5 mins from there.

I just assume you guys are here to pimp your latest books...  :-X

Oooh...that hurt.  You know, I would love not to have to push my books, but the publishing industry has decided that since social media is free, the authors should do as much as they can.  In truth, I find it slightly embarrassing, but if I want to keep making more I have to do it.

And like I said, if I could actually find product, I would talk about that, instead of my work...

BTW, "Fangbone! The Birthday Party of Dread" comes out on Aug 2, 2012

As long as my kids keep loving your books, you can pimp away Mike.  The little guy turns 4 on Saturday, soi think you've got plenty of time!

We gave "Good Night Goon" at all the fall b-day parties last year.
