I'll go ahead and lock this one too since I don't want people thinking on April 2nd that these are real

I also didn't want to list ICMG because then it would be really obvious :P

Watto's Junk Yard / Breakfast
« on: April 2, 2003, 10:53 AM »
Breakfast food is my favorite stuff but I rarely eat breakfast.  As I stated in the exercise thread I could eat 2 eggs with hashbrowns every day it is so good.  We sometimes make this on the weekends and top the eggs off with some cheese and salsa.  Oh baby...

I also love pancakes and waffles.  I think Perkins is pretty much a national chain but they have this Deli Ham and Cheese Omelette with SOur cream that you also get a stack of pancakes with.  I swear if I ever got the gas chamber this would be my final meal

Then there is cereal.  I could also live off of Frosted Flakes with sliced banana and some ice cold milk.  I usually eat cereal before I go to bed.  I just don't usually have time to eat in the morning and will usually just grab a granola bar and a cup of joe for the road

All hail Breakfast!

A repeat of the '87 Series with the Twinkies winning in 7 sounds just about right.  I am really excited for this season to start, I fell in love with the ole ball game last year again and plan on going to the ballpark a couple of times.  The Jays have always been one of my favorites too harkening back to the time when they probably had the best 9 batters top to bottom ever assembled in one lineup in the earlier 90's (Carter, Molitor, Alomar, Olerud, Winfield, White, Henderson etc etc

I'm going to pick

AL Central: Minnesota
AL East: Boston
AL West: Oakland
AL Wild Card: New York

NL Central: Saint Louis
NL East: Philadelphia
NL West: Arizona
NL Wild Card: New York

So looks like Matt's teams won't even be in the playoffs by my reckoning :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

Matt...

I am pretty sure the Lakers numbers are retired here in the rafters of Minnesota's Target Center or else they list the 7 Mpls Lakers who are in the hall of fame

George Mikan
Vern Mikkelsen
Slater Martin
Elgin Baylor
Clyde Lovellette
Jim Pollard
John Kundla

I don't think the Pacific Ocean is a lake either...nice try though.  The only lake I can remember is after Kobe starts complaining to refs about some bogus call...the lake of tears

And there is no way the refs will give the Lakers the series against Sacramento this year...they'll be lucky to get to Game 6!

I think Brent was talking about Bob's hair looking like Episode IV Obi-Wan instead of Episode II Obi-Wan

We went to Yosemite in '00 the year of the big Fires out west.  There was kind of a haze all over the valley which made for not so ideal viewing conditions.  Which is a shame really because it made Yosemite one of the least favorite parts of the trip for me, even though the valley has some of the most stunning vistas in the world.  I want to go back when it looks like it does in my wallpaper...where you can actually see all the way to Nevada :'(

I've been accused of going bald since I was in 6th grade, which was like 16 years ago.  I have a really, really high forehead but I haven't lost any hair since then.  So while I may look bald, I'm not and I don't think I am going bald.  More of an Eddie Munster or Count Dracula looks with the big Widow's Peak

Cool beans, a very heavy nod to AOTC and TTT both of which I enjoyed very much.  I think AOTC gets slagged a little too heavily, I really had a lot of fun watching it...thanks Zuckuss 44!

I'd also say POTJ, some of the most obscure characters as well as finest mix of sculpt and articulation there has been so far.  I also adore the Vintage line but for different reasons :-*
