Anyone else find it strange that Hasbro has not redone this figure yet?  That Flashback figure was an atrocity.  They never should of made the figure to accomadate a full saber and that was its downfall.   R2 should be fitted for the hilt only.  And either give us a separate Luke Saber or the Blade.  I'm sure it will eventually happen but when   Its a boring figure but probably the last new R2 we really need, other than releasing one with the lightning that was included with the AOTC Preview R3-T7.  Which by the way looks really good on R2 for a Jawa scene or Endor Bunker scene.

I was going through figures this weekend and realized that there are a ton of figures still that could be put on basic cards. I listed figures by film.  I did not list the repacks, repaints or pack ins, deluxe, multi-packs, etc.  Just single carded figs.  I also did not include the multiple R2's, 3PO's, Vader's, Chewie's, Fetts, etc.  There are less than 130 figs currently in the Original Trilogy Line released this way.  I was really surprised that there were not more.  This leaves the door open for Hasbro to pump out a ton of figures in the future IMO.  Not many figs still need to be resculpted either.  I listed what I thought was the best sculpt to date from all series.

Anyone else pleased with the new soft goods applications on the Obi-Wan and Anakin from this line.  I think Hasbro has finally gotten it right, or as close as they can for small scale figures.  I've picked up extras just for other figures. 

These robes look excellent on the VOTC Ben Kenobi as well at the ROTS Mace.  Heres hoping they follow suit and keep them going. There are alot of figures I would rebuy just with these new robes.

With Halloween going to be here before we know it, I am going to attempt what I failed last year.  Putting together a costume somewhat cheap.  I looked at different armor; Imperial, Clone and Fett but determined that route to expensive.  Aside from taking the kids out, we usually go to a party that we never dress up and feel out of place. 

I most likey will put together some sort of Jedi outfit due to cost restraints.  Anyone have good advice, contacts or sites that offer items?  I need to space this out and not buy everything up front to save on cash.  Plus I cant sow.

Looking at different sites, ebay, etc; it looks like boots are the real high price item.  Anakins Jedi Temple outfit is something I am leaning towards but it does not have to be 100% accurate.

If anyone has either or both of these, let me know what you are asking.  Must be in at least C8 Condition.  Thanks, Jim
