What is your favorite Star Wars LEGO set of all time (that you have built)?

Mine would have to be one of three things...

#3 = Ultimate Collector's Series Yoda (#7194)
#2 = Imperial Shuttle (#7166)
#1 = Jango Fett's Slave I (#7153)

My fav would be the Darth Maul head.  Of coarse Darth Maul is my fav anything(almost)
