Monthly Customizing Challenge - Previous Months

I finished my sith witch last night. I'll have pictures up this afternoon.

DD, I already posted some thoughts on the Gran in our other thread here.  I like it a lot.  The black outfit makes him look mean.  Looking at it some more, I think maybe his green gloves and boots might look really cool if they were painted red.

Phruby, I can't wait to see your Sith Lord.  And everyone else's versions too.

We had kind of discussed next month's idea.  Phruby had suggested maybe "Customs of Us"

Do you guys want to try that?  Or any other ideas?

Here are couple of ideas for later on down the road maybe -

- protocol droid (using no C3PO/R3PO/K3PO parts)

- Trandoshan slaver

- new alien species

I like the protocol droid idea and the new alien species. But what do you mean by "new"? Species that are SW but aren't plastic yet? Or really, own creations?

Weren't we also thinking an EU/Comic Leia figure?

Thanks, I meant a fan-fic species.  Something that isn't in the SW universe (until we add it).

For the protocol droid, I mean something that can still be humanoid in form, but looks differnt.  Maybe from EV-9D9 parts, 2-1B parts, or even non-Star Wars parts.

For Leia, I can't remember - but sure, we could add that too.

Very creepy, Phruby! She haunts my nightmares in her unkept hair and stylish hotpants! 

I think you do some of the more imaginative customs I've seen, and this one is no exception. Great job all around.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to swap out the hands. Those are the only thing left that remind me this was once Aurra Sing.

Are those legs from a Darkstalkers Lilith figure?

Wow, this is totally awesome.  You've really shown a wild imagination with your fan fic stuff lately.

I really, really like this.  Damn evil, and still a sex appeal to her.  What man doesn't like that in a woman.  She's scary hot.

Good use of parts too.  It doesn't look like Aurra Sing at all to me, the darker sunken in eyes really make her look different... and the legs you used are great, I know that the Aurra Sing hips are at a slant unlike most other figures, so I'm sure that wasn't easy to accomplish.

Thanks guys. She is very creepy and sexy in a goth-like sense. I was kind of aiming for the little girl in The Ring or the other creepy kid in The Grudge.

Those are Darkstalkers Lilith legs. I didn't have to do a thing with the legs. They come cut at the same angle as Aurra Sing. Those two figures are extreemly compatible. They could be sisters.

Ahhhhh!!! Sweet mother of god she's scary looking! Great work Phruby! I love the string hair and the dress. Is that made out of electric tape? For a fairly simple looking figure she turned out fantastic, I think she is my favorite so  far.

Wow, the Lillith legs really make the figure stand out (no pun intended)! For a simple custom, I agree that it's really awesome!

So I am a little late.....this is last months submission. This fig has actually been pieced together for about a year now, I just recently painted it.

This is my submission for this month. This fig has pretty much the same history as the smuggler fig. It has been together for about a year, I just painted it yesterday.

Nice job Phruby!  I think it's the stringy hair that does it for me with that Sith Witch.  Very cool 
Is there a technique to adding hair like that or do you just glue it on?

coeli - cool customs, it's just too bad that the flash washed out most of the details on them... What is the dual-lightsaber on that Sith Lord?
