Monthly Customizing Challenge - Previous Months

Just in case anyone is curious, the recipe is:

Head - Sith Probe droid from either the Sith accessory set or a aDarth Maul, I have no idea which
Chest and Left Arm - POTF2 4-LOM, with a ROTS #41 clone anntenae
Crotch and Upper legs -  The original POTF2 C-3PO, it's all I had
Right arm - Reposition EV-9D9 arm, SOTE Dash Rendar shoulder, Tip of a Jango gun for the torch
Lower right leg - Madine's Baton and EV-9D9 leg cut below the knee
Lower left leg - ROTS #41 Clone anntenae and EV-9D9 leg cut below the knee

Ok, Month #5 has officially started everyone!  Get the creative juices flowing!

BOUNTY HUNTERS/TERRORISTS is this month's them... they are to be fan fic ideas - not established characters.  Here is an example of a fan fic Bounty Hunter -



We've had lots of people join in for the first 4 months, and the more the merrier!

One thing to keep in mind is to try and wait until the end of September before showing your creation.

I'm thinking about doing a Trandoshan terrorist, myself. I have a basci idea of the parts I'm going to use, but I'm not sure if it'll look good. I'll try and post a WIP later today.

Well I'm probably not going to make any more Mandalorians either for a while.  I'm wanting to make some sort of humans with their faces being shown for this challenge.

I've just finished an Ubese terrorist and I really like how it's turned out. I'm wondering though: should I post it now or at the end of the month like we always do? I'll prbably fold with anticipation and post pics later today

It'd be better if you can hold off, at least until the last week of the month, since today is the first day we are "supposed" to work on these. Some people may feel rushed too if they see a whole bunch of customs at the begining of the month.

Doesnt look like I'm going hom,e any time soon. So I think Im going to try a terrorist from what ever I can scrounge up around here. The pickins is pretty slim though I gottta tell ya. BUt on the good side I've got all the "Galaxy Wars" dollar store figures that I could ever want. Looks like Im going to have to resort to constructing some "Creepy Cheapies". Ill see what I can do.

Using the Sith probe was a masterstroke!  What a great, great custom!

I actually got the idea from another custom here, I think it was Kit Fisto's. I loved the idea and I happend to have a spare one so I used it. I was worried this one wouldn't come out too good since I just randomly threw stuff together, but I'm pretty happy with the end result. Thanks alot for the kind words Lance.

Ennis, I'm glad you made it out of there. Where are you at now?

I'm in a town right outside of Lafayette called, ironiocly, Scott La. Its a nice little town but there is not much to do. BUt the good news is Ive got a couple of projects finished and hopefully I'll get the pics up later today.
