This is actually a very interesting ruling, it shows a more liberal approach by a nation's government when it comes to matters of the adult nature. For once the archaic feelings on "public" acts being indecent have been properly challenged and actually were defeated. If it's behind close doors and hidden from the general public and all parties are willing, then it should be no one's business but there own. Kudos to the Canuckian Supreme Court!
