Well, my suggestion is Wal-Mart.com man.  It's a haven.

The sets are really hit and miss around here. Anakin I've only seen on the shelf at KB, though I got mine at Target with the DCPI number. The Clone sets hit Wal-Mart by the dozen one day, but were quickly gone after I got my two. I saw two more at Target, when I got my Sith set. I'm hoping I stumble across the Grey Clone set soon, if not I'll go to Walmart.com.

http://www.brianstoys.com/bvc2004/search.aspx?Keyword=Holiday+Special

Check out Brian's Toys because they've got the Evolutions sets listed under their "Holiday Special" and the price is under retail actually.

There's some good prices on other stuff too including the obscenely priced EE Clones.  A set of 16 comes to about $5 per figure before shipping...  And the fact they're listed on sale further reinforces to me that these weren't the "hot" item they were touted as around the net because they were so overpriced.   ::)

Anyway, not bad prices there on those Evo's including the 2nd Clone set.  I may need to put an order in even.

I think all the times that I couldn't find the Evolutions' sets all added up on Black Friday- I found FIVE Clone Evo sets at Target and MediaPlay, 2 yellow and 3 gray. I only bought one gray one because I used up all my ohter money and Kmart and WalMart. The gray Clone set is probably the best of the best.

Yeah, that Brian's Toys is a bargain.

$15 for the set - $8.18 for shipping and handling.

Get bent.

Actually though that still comes to less than if you ordered it most any place else (WM.com even), so it's not bad really when you think about it ruiner.  Yeah it's a screwjob in principle on the shipping/handling though, that's pretty blatant, but they're still better than most other places.

Wouldn't pay too much less buying it at retail really, especially if you had high tax % in your area.

I got one and a VOTC Fett since that was around retail price, and I was pretty pleased with the purchase (so far...  haven't gotten the package yet though).

My clone evolutions from Amazon finally shipped today ::)  I'd received emails from them for delays and one had indicated they would cancel my order if I didn't respond.  Well, I didn't respond and my order was processed anyway.  So the few times I've seen them and not purchased them seems to have been a bit of karma.  Not a clue which version is coming, so we'll wait and see.

Which version did you end up getting?

I need to know if they are worth it.
I am thinking of buying 4 of them off ebay for 125 $ in total Yellow versions.
What are your opinions on them?

Getting more AOTC pilots is worth it to me.  The ROTS clone is ok.  The sandtrooper is all about the gadgets.   I would not pay more than 20 for a set ever.  I did not even pay 20 for mine, I got them on sale for 18.

I need the grey versions, and lots of em'.
I bought 2 Yellows off ebay at 56.34$ which is better than paying 60-70$ here, and thats if you can find them.

I do not know where you are located so my advice might be fruitless but Walmart.com carries evolutions in stock quite regularly, they had them yesterday when I checked.  Hasbro.com was carrying the grey ones and so what kbkids.com.
