No, Chewie, there aren't a lot of people better at customizing as you are. You're like...the best. ever.

More fantastic work from the fantastic Chewie!  Your transformation of that dirty, gritty trooper into the immaculately white one is nothing short of magnificent.  (And I love the look of the satin finish, too).  Great work on that diorama, too, and in getting the little plastic people into convincing poses (I'm thinking especially of the Vader/Kenobi duel scene).

The preview pic looks exciting indeed.  Is this for a completely new chapter, or for a "special edition" of an existing chapter?  Whichever it is, I'm looking forward to it!  Keep up the great stuff...

I too think the Kashyyk troops look good, but I don't really like the brown abdomens.

Glad I gave you the practice Scout a while back.  ;D

Hehe, is the horny jedi dead? ;D

Great preview pic.  Must be for a new chapter right. Or is it for the Anti-Jedi Sentiment Chapter?
Nice Kashykk clones.  Qui-George picked up alot of them.

You paint apps are very good especially your drybrushing and washing skills.  :)

Looks like a few people updated tonight, I still need to check those threads!  Will do that tomorrow and looking forward to it.

Thanks again for the kind feedback too, here are two more customs that I did tonight, took only about 30 minutes as they are easy ones, which is about all I have time for lately.

TAARS THE WHIPID TERRORIST - This guy travels to Tatooine to hunt Tusken Raiders for sport when he is not carrying out assignments for the Badoo Corba.

head/body/etc - SAGA Whipid
shoulder vest - ROTS Sneak Preview Wookiee
skirt piece - VSTS Tusken Raider

SNOUNT THE TERRORIST - This guys serves as both a personal bodyguard and an advisor to Mubaas Fuuda in the Badoo Corba.

head/body/etc - SAGA2 Garindan
cloak - Evolutions Darth Maul

I think I like Taars the Whipid better than Snount...The Darth Maul cloak looks a little off on that body IMO. The Tusken Skirt Piece on the Whipid as well as the shoulder additions really look good...I'm interested to see what he does in your PN.
My whole expanse...I cannot see...

hi chewie,

i think you may improve your custom by painting maul's cloak another color (dark gray ?)

Oooo. I really like the combination of accessories on Taars. The sandpeople cloth goes great with the color of the fur. The other figure isn't as impressive. He's kind of a throw away custom - just add a painted cape and your done.

TAARS looks great.  I think the parts you used for accessories work very well on that figure.

SNOUT is okay.  Like you said, just a quickie custom.  I'm just surprised I beat you to the punch on the Garindian custom  ;)

Thanks for the feedback guys.  Funny thing is, I like the Kubaz a lot more than the Whipid.  I guess I always thought that the Maul cape thing was kind of cool, and I painted it brown so he wouldn't look so much like Garindan.  It was a quick 2 minute custom that I might change anyway though.

That last preview was one of the "redo" chapters, ANTI-JEDI, which I am in the process of remaking.  After that one is done, I want to get #4 - SLAUGHTER ON MUNIST redone, then I'll get #22 up in the series.

Both of these are cool terrorists, Chew.
The accesories really work well on the whipid.

Yeah I like that guy better too Jedistyle. Simple but I love the look.

I also had an hour of spare time tonight, and came up with some customs that were quick to do because I didn't have to paint them.

TARKIN AND THE DEATH SQUAD

TARKIN
head - ROTS Tarkin
torso/arms - ROTS Tarkin
legs - ROTS Dooku
hands - SAGA2 Veers

Death Squad Troopers
head - POTF2 Death Star Trooper
torso/arms - ROTS Tarkin
legs - ROTS Dooku
hands - POTJ Rebel Fleet Trooper

I was going for a vintage-eque look to these guys for some reason.
