I'm thinking of doing this one aswell, I'm gonna use an epi 1 B-droid sculpt the upper part and fins on the legs, and use a fire fighter helmet for the head the hands I have no idea......... yet. possibly something like DD's bith bounty hunter.

Joe figures probably would give the best base for the head... good suggestion.

Lampreys looks like it might work, too.



From there I thought the body on the final version of the droid would probably borrow elements from the Clone Troopers' armor. Perhaps clone armor, but with droid joints, hands and feet?

hmm, I never thought of using a Joe head, thats good idea but I think ill stick with fire pilot becuase its starwars I'll have better access to them.

The legs could definatly be Clone Trooper legs...the top looks a little more complicated.  This is an interesting project though...

I was actually thinking of this one back when the clone wars group project was up, just never got around to it. I think a Clone Pilot head has the structure more so than the g.i. joe suggested.

wow that visor really is perfect. If you can somehow get the mouthpiece off a clone pilot i think it'll be perfect.
