I would have to say the final duels for Darth Maul, Obi-Wan, & Qui-Gon.  These were the first 3 that I had opened to start with my display.

The STAP is more a vehicle but I would agree it's one of the better items in the battledroid category overall...  It's accuracy/scale are nice.  I wish the figure were a bit more versatile but still it's cool having the BD equivalent of the speederbike in the line and in perfect detail.

Battle Damaged Destroyer
Graxol Kelvynn
Eopie (If he counts, I love this beast. Sniped an ebay acution in the last 7 seconds and got him for 29.34 MIB!) ;)
EVO Maul
Red R2 from royal starship
Euro Pit droids

The BM destroyer is still the best version yet!
