Battle of Endor Wave

Speak of the devil, more news from the rumor mill found it's way to my in-box.

Not sure if it's 3PO or the Endor Rebel who is new.

Although I'm quite happy to pick up Chirpa, Moff Jerjerrod, and the Death Star Gunner - they would/should all make great figures - I'm kind of disappointed with this wave overall.  If this is what it turns out to be, its an ok wave, but could have been better.  It was probably wishful thinking on my part, but I was hoping for these figures (or at least 2 out of 4):

Endor Luke Skywalker (SA, all the accessories)
Endor Princess Leia (SA, ditto)
Endor Han Solo (SA, soft goods trench)
SA Scout Trooper

I really thought (or was hoping) we'd get either a SA Snowtrooper from the Hoth wave, or a SA Scout from this wave.  They could re-use both of the molds to make ROTS clones as well (Mygeeto/BARC).  Otherwise, the new figures and overall waves look good, but I would have liked to see at least a couple of these get thrown in too.

I have to say that I'm a little excited for a new Death Star Gunner. The one we have is sooooooo crappy, and it really
sticks out like a sore thumb in my Imperial Forces setup.

And speaking of Imperial Forces, I'm really happy for a Moff Jerjerrod finally.

And of course, I'm down with some more 'woks.

Death Star Gunner -- I'll get one, but I won't be army building with him.
C-3PO (Endor) -- withholding decision
Endor Rebel Commando -- withholding decision, probably buy one
Luke Skywalker (Jedi) -- withholding decision, more than likely pass
Darth Vader -- same as above
The Emperor -- same as above

Chief Chirpa -- Well it's a step in the right direction towards more Ewoks. I'll definitely be picking him up, as well as extras for customizing.

Moff Jerjerrod -- I'm really Glad we are seeing more Imperial officers, there is potentila to army build with this guy, I'll be picking up quite a few.

Death Star Gunner -- Awesome. I really wanted a new one, and since he is in this wave maybe that frees up a spot for a Death Star Trooper in the Death Star Wave? I'll be picking up a small army.

C-3PO (Endor) -- If he is new and has benible knees and a chair, Definitely. If it is SA with no accessories, I'll still ppick a few up and would be just as happy.

Endor Rebel Commando -- If nothing else I'll pickup some more to customize.

Luke Skywalker (Jedi) -- If this is the Throne room Luke, I'll be pissed but it will be an easy pass.

Darth Vader -- We had a Vader already in the Hoth wave, and I'm willing to bet We get another one in the Death Satr Wave. I'll probably pass.

The Emperor -- If it is new I'll buy one. If not It had better be the evolution Emperor, with plain hands and his lightning hands.

Interesting. Although I'm all for a gunner, he seems out of place. Watch him be a POTF2 Gunner head and an officer body.

Chirpa and Jerjrror are excellent choices, but the repack of Jedi luke seems misplased unless it's the final duel one.

I'll buy the gunner, Moff and Chirpa most likely.   If 3PO has articulated knees and the Endor Rebel is new, I'll buy them, too.  I'm guessing the Luke is the crap Saga preposed horror currently in the Battle Pack, so I'll pass.  I would only buy the Vader if he's the VOTC one.

Chirpa- Don't prefer Ewoks. Pass.

Moff Jerjerrod- Definite buy. Always good to have more Imperials.

Imperial Gunner- Same as Moff.

C-3P0- Pass.

Endor Commando- Hopefully this will be a new sculpt, if it is I would have prefered a Dressel or Sullustan Commando but I might get this.

Vader/Luke/Emperor- Pass.

Chief Chirpa: Finally. 

Jerjerrod: Every wave seems to have one figure I could care less about.

Death Star Gunner: This is a nice surprise, but it would have to be seriously SA for me to go gonzo over.

3-PO: If it's not articulated, then no one will care.

Endor Commando: Probably a repack/head swap.  Pass.

Luke: I'm sure it's the lame Throne room thing.  Pass.

Vader: Ditto.

Emperor: Ditto.

Yeah I'm shocked they didn't work Endor Han, Luke, Leia and Scout Trooper in somehow, I'm stoked to finally have Chirpa though

Luke Skywalker (Jedi): Pass. Watch, it will be the Luke that is striking down on Vader . . . . (joke).

I'm pretty pissed were not getting a SA Scout Trooper, my most wanted figure. Why Hasbro WHY!

Chief Chirpa - Bout time. I don't really have an opinion on the Ewoks one way or another, but I'll probably pick this guy up.

Moff jerrjerod - Dunno, maybe. I'll have to see him first.

Death Star Gunner - This one might be cool, especially if he's got the SA treatment.

There's way too many repacks in this wave though by the sounds of it. We'll have to see where this goes, hopefully there'll be another new one in there somewhere.

Chief Chirpa - Finally one step closer to getting all the vintage ewoks remade. 

Moff Jerrorod (sp?) - I did not if they ever would make this guy.  Glad that they are. 

Gunner - It's ok I actually like the previous one but do for an update. 

Luke and Vader could be cool - Have to wait and see.

C-3PO - Again could be cool hope for articulated knees! 

Endor Commando - Could care less really. 

Emperor - Have to wait and see.

Hey everybody, first off Im glad to be here  Im 50/50 on this wave. Ive been waiting for a SA (or at least one on par with the ROTS Pilot Obi-Wan or Dooku) DSII Duel Luke for a decade. I thought that we may get one here, but it does seem highly unlikely, and it will be the horrendous TRD Luke. Then again, maybe hasbro will suprise us all and make this figure all new.

Chief Chirpa- Glad to see more ewoks, def. gonna pick this one up
Moff Jerjerrod-Def. Pick up, FINALLY glad to see him
Gunner- Maybe, Id prefer this one be kitbashed as opposed to all new
C-3PO-ony if its got ball jointed knees and his throne
Endor Commando- HAHHAHA...yea right
Emperor-Id be satisfied with the Evolutions repack, but itll prob. be the crappy Saga one
Vader-Only if its the Evolutions Vader
Luke-yes, but because Im a hardcore Jedi Luke collector, and Im praying hasbro doesnt cop out on this one, and if they do, hopefully the rumors of the VOTC/Evolutions comming back are true, and we get a great DSII Duel Luke in either one,(VOTC underneath the poncho and helmet, EVOLUTIONS with a removable cloth jedi tunic.) Id be happy with that, because then theres a great chance we'd see him individually carded down the road.

looks like i'm only goin to buy the moff and the gunner
