UGP - Sponsorship

Looking thru the paper work, we don't fall into any of the exhibitor or vendor catagories. We arn't selling anything. We are just there to help make the celebration even better by showing off our hobby. We're pretty much like a gaming guild or fan boy group. I have no doubts we will get a booth.

I know a lot of us are dedicating a lot of time and money to help make this UGP happen. It has accured to me that there may be a lot of extra cost incurred by the guys on the ground setting this project up. I imagine there may be extra materials and supplies needed to help meld all of our creations into one cohessive dio.

I'm not asking that you give what you can't but if you can spare some extra funds to help Phruby and the guys on the ground offset some of their financial burdens, I'm sure it will be much appreciated. Even a couple of bucks to pay for lunch for the guys manning the booth would be a nice gesture.

If the group leaders do not mind, I'd like to have an Order66customs auction next week to help sponsor the event.

Well said Fritz. If we can throw together some more funds for the guys on site we definitely should.

I'm going through some financial issues right now, so I don't know what I could actually send in terms of money. As is, the project is costing me quite a bit with all I'm making and sending... Plus I just had to pay over 2 grand in taxes, and close to that on my basement getting finished, and have a lot of expenses coming with the baby that's due in June. I'm also going to go a week without pay in June and at this point I'm not sure how I'm going to even pay my June bills without selling off some more customs on ebay.

If I can donate any money though I will.

As for an Order 66 custom for it, that would be awesome of you Fritz... heck, if anyone wants to throw some stuff on ebay for the UGP, I am in 100% support of that.

Potentially we could create an account on ebay just for a fundraiser too.
