Hi

This is a question to anyone who lives in HK.  I'm thinking of making a trip over before xmas, as was wandering if there are loads of shops which sell Kubs and are they a good price compared to EBAY?

If so does anyone have any recommendations.

As much as I like the look of the carded figures, not gonna happen, on a side note though I did organise to get another 10 tie pilots and 2 death star troopers, should be here sometime next week

Reorganised the little buggers tonight till i get a set of stands for them

I've got another 12 coming 10 tie fighter pilots and 2 deathstar troopers should be here either Tuesday or Wenesday.

Made the trek to Ikea a few days ago, picked up a few Detolf cases.
Well worth the 60 bucks and hell ride to Philly.

Couple in progress pics for anyone who happens to be bored.
For the risers, I used the ones I had. However, they are textured on top, and kubs do not like to stand on them. I got a piece of black foamboard at AC Moore and cut it to fit the shelves. If they still fall a little, I will put put brads in the board, so the kubs will have a footpeg.

that set-up looks fantastic sithbaker!! i've got 2 ikeas about an hour and a half apart from me (in stoughton,ma and new haven, ct...about same distance from my house)...i was looking into the detolfs but the other case (i forget the name...it was $99 and was untreated wood) caught my eye as well and i'm having a hard time choosing between the two for my own collections (besides kubricks).

you did a great job setting those up...your collection is incredible (i don't think i even have 3/4 of your collection!!) and i love all those stormtroopers!!!  8)

Great loooking arrangement- It's nice to see them all visible from multiple angles like that.

They did have some other cases, but I liked the mostly glass Detolf the best.
One was called Bertby, I think, and you can mount it on a wall. It wasn`t as deep, but it looked good. I fit 3 of these in a Nissan Altima with the rear seats folded down, I think most of these cases would fit ok in a car doing that.
