My wife thought it would be fun to let the boys have their own Christmas tree this year.  When it came time to put ornaments on it, the perfect fit were the extra Kubricks I had.  We sprinkled in a few Hasbro figures for fun and bought a Yoda tree-topper to finish it off.  I'd still like to get a few more Kubrick figures to add to this, but I think it's pretty fun the way it is.

Jeff helped me out with a General Grievous and a Holiday Fett.  Still need to get about a dozen more to fill it out though...  Anyone else want to help me out with cheap Series 1-7 figures?

Revamped my Kubrick display this weekend and wanted to see what people think.  I usually display my stuff by collection or series, but decided it would be fun to see different versions of each character next to each other. 

So, I started with Luke, Leia, Han, Chewie, R2, & C3PO in the middle.  I put all the Hans, Lukes, etc next to each other, then flexed out the gaps with remaining characters.  The top cases are split with stages of Vader/Anakin in the center followed by Imperials on the left and Jedi, clones, cantina aliens, and droids on the right.  The bottom row (above my BSG mates) is the Fett Family and S1 bounty hunters. 



Now I just have to figure out what to do with Sacul, Jar Jar, and the Rebo Band.

Can you take a close up pic of the Chewbacca Kubs please?  I'd like to see them side by side.  I still haven't picked up the carded version and this might help with the decision.

Yah, I shouldn't complain about getting some more nice chases.     Thanks for the feedback - I'm a checklist guy and it was hard to break from that, but I really love the revised display.

I like the color/detail on the carded Chewie, but he's not all that different from the EB version.

Sorry - typo.  You are correct, the EB version is the middle one.
