Oh sure, there out of the box, but to me thats not a biggy. I'm just happy that I have both the variants like Adam.  :-*

Dale, the solution is to buy two and keep one in the incorrect sealed bag and one in the more appropriate open environment  :-* :-* :-*

The best thing to do would be to buy sealed boxes of Boba & then I can take them to work & run them through the X-Ray machine. Those weapons would be a tip off to a variant.

Hey guys,

Today I did the "Buy It Now" for the "ROTJ" variant Kubrick Boba Fett!!!

Now if I can win the bidding for the "Prototype" Boba Fett I have a bid on I'll be in great shape and very happy!

Thanks again for posting the picture comparison of all 3 versions!!!

BTW... there's still 2 of the "Prototype" version Boba Fett's on e-Bay right now.      Please don't bid against me for the one I have the high bid on.      I'd really like to get the postcard that's included.

I'm guessing it's this one Chris.  Just do a search for completed "Kubrick Fett" auctions, and it's the last one on there, and you can see it was the ROTJ variant and got BIN'd.  That's enough evidence for me...   ;)

Nice score Jim!  Looks like you're close to becoming Kubrick Fett completist #3 here now (belated congrats to Dale on his full set too).  $80 is just more than I care to spend right now on that ROTJ Fett variant to complete my Fett set.  I'll just keep patiently browsing...   :-\

Looking forward to at least enjoying my new (old now) Early Bird set from Simon to tide me over for a little while though...
