Thanks for the replys on the Indy gang!
I had 2 cases left, 1 sealed & 1 with the damage from the shipping with the perforated edges that came apart. The sealed case is going to Matt Brand & I wish him luck in his quest.

So I opened the 4th case & I got 4 Orange Sandtroopers, 2 Cantina with instrument on stand & 3 Hans. No Indy.
Still overall, I say I did pretty well.

As mentioned, I decided not to weigh these guys. I saw no sense in doing so. A gram or 2 would not make a difference & neither would the foil & clear baggies even that they did have different sizes. Now I opened a lot of little boxes & I looked at them plus the baggies real close. The glue they use to seal them differs from box to box. Sometimes it can be a small amount & then a bit more. The first 3 cases I opened, the lids were glued down pretty good & I used a sharp razor to slice the lid open carefully. There was the odd paper tear. I could not pop the lid open by hand.
Now the case that was damaged. Just the main case had the perforation come apart, the figure boxes are perfect. There were 4 boxes that the lids were open. On closer inspection, the glue was a very small amount, so small that all the lids opened with ease. Only 1 box ripped a small amount of paper & the rest are so perfect that I could reseal them & you may not know. Some of the glue came off in my fingers & I can use a glue gun to reseal them.
The boxes with the Han's I paid close attention too. You have no idea if it's a Indy or a Han unless you feel the figure in the foil bag. I pressed lightly & I could tell they were Han's before I opened them. Han is just the figure & the gun,
2 items.
So I took my Indy, put him back in a foil bag & did the same thing but with care. What I noticed is there was a bulge towards the top of the figure, his hat. I could feel the rim & I also popped the hat off his head & I could feel the hair that is attached to the hat.
The I moved around more & there was this round object, the Idol. A little more pressure carefully around the objects & bingo, his whip! I could even feel the ball on the handle.
4 items. Moving the figure around the bag I could get a better feel of things. Conclusion, an Indy figure can be found without opening the foil bag but you do have to open the box & you would also leave marks on the foil bag, impressions from the pressure & feeling around the bag.
So now we come to this:
Kubrick 2" Indiana Jones Chase Figure Sealed in Box* $159.99
*Includes letter from Brian's Toys certifying the authenticity.
Looking closely, this can be taken a few ways.
Indiana Jones Chase Figure Sealed in Box, is the box factory sealed?
Indiana Jones Chase Figure Sealed in Box, is the box resealed?
Indiana Jones Chase Figure Sealed in Box, is the figure sealed in bag/s only in open box?
Figure Sealed in Box are the key words but I read it many ways!
I'm not saying that Brian's Toys did any of this but I just cannot see how Indy can be detected without opening the box!

Maybe there is a way that I can't figure out!
All of the figures are packed in foil so X-rays are out of the question.
Completly agree.
Any more info if you went for that way to select the chase figures before opening them Simon? Maybe there is away?

Any thoughts one what I said above, does any of this make sense?
