Just checked my list from 2003, since I found it first, before I found the 2006 Wishlist. Looks like all the figures from my 2003 list, (except Bom Vimdin) have been made, so maybe Hasbro really does take our wishes (to some extent) into consideration

Again, I had an incredibly hard time picking, (as if my list was going straight to Hasbro!!! 
) My only way I ended up doing this was to leave all resculpts off the list and pick never before made figures. [O.K.... maybe I'm putting too much thought into this. I've just edited the list my 2nd time and ended up adding my desired resculpts to the above list, which were originally only new figures.] The main other figures I wanted on the list are:
a). Elis Helrot (Givins)
b). Bannis Keeg (Other Duros)
c). Chief Bast
d). Dice Ibegon (Lamproid)
e). resculpt of Owen Lars (with charred Owen skeleton accessory)
f). SA Rebel Fleet Trooper
g). resculpts of Ceremonial Han & Luke
h). Wioslea (how did I leave that off?)
i). Tonnika Sister 2 pack (knew everyone else would take care of them on the final list for me).
j). While we are at it for Owen, a resculpt of Beru Lars (again, with charred Beru skeleton accessory)
k). resculpt of Garven Dreis - Red Leader (done like Dutch Vander)
l). Davish "Pops" Krail - Gold 5 (Dutch Vander style)
m). I still like "Resculpt Kitik Keed'kak with corrected paint application"

My current list was a lot harder than I thought it would be after reading how many peoples' lists are dwindling. Just looking at everyone's current lists made it harder not to have a top 15, but here it is...
1. SA Luke in stormtrooper disguise - comic book figures do not work
2. SA Han in stormtrooper disguise
3. Bom Vimdin
4. Wed-15 Droid (packed in with any of the smaller droids from the Jawa sale.
5. Uncle Owen resculpt
6. Garven Dreis - Red Leader (just a head swap from Dutch Vander)
7. Brainiac
8. Baniss Keeg (other Duros)

a. Tonnika Sisters (yes, it's sacrilegious, but everyone else will make sure it gets on the list)

c. SA Tarkin resculpt (well, it need not be SA, as Cushing wasn't all that mobile, but at least knee & elbow joints)
d. Dice Ibegon (Lamproid)... should be a pack in with either Brainiac, Baniss, or Bom, seeing as it's a small piece with no articulation
e. RA-7 resculpt
f. Ponda Baba resculpt
g. Death Squad Commander
h. generic black tuniced Imperial Officer
