Hey everyone.  I once again made it my annual duty to set up an NCAA tournament bracket league on Yahoo for all of us collectors to take an ill-fated stab (personally speaking ) at predicting the winners of this year's college hoops tournament.

I'm in John...looking to do better this year.  Although my interest in College Basketball is about as low as it ever has been

I hate my bracket this year.  :\  I usually have a decent amount of upsets and am generally somewhat successful.  Well, save for last year, but that's because I picked KU to go so far.  But this year I have very few upsets, even in the first round. 

I have a bad feeling about this.

I'm in too John, thanks for setting it up.  Aside from North Carolina, I haven't followed college hoops as closely this year, so I'm sure I'm way off on things - of course, it doesn't seem to matter how much you know when it comes to the brackets anyways a lot of times.

Are we discussing the tournament in general here too?  Or is this just for you guys to run your brackets?


I'm out of the bracket thing, but I'd love to sit around and talk about how Florida is going to steamroll through the tournament again on their way to a repeat.

I'm a little (okay, a lot) down on college hoops this year, too.  Both of the big state teams sucked, OSU made the NIT, only to lose (at home) in the first game, and OU didn't even make that.  The only team from the state to go to the Big Dance was Oral Roberts, and they lost yesterday, too.  So yeah, not too enthused about it this year. . .

. . .but it's always nice to see Dook get bounced out of the first round.

Texas was my dark horse though and they up and lost...oh well at least I still have 3 of my final 4 still alive

I think I had Wisconsin in the Final Four in my money pool.

Ayup, kicked in the nuts right there.  Some folks from Wisconsin coming up here this weekend and I'll tell ya, they're buying beer for me

I still have my final 8, but only 11 out of the Sweet 16.  Can't complain.

Yeah, I'm pretty clearly living in the past glory days of Michigan and Indiana (and St. teams).  At least I put total favoritism aside and didn't pick Louisville to win it all.  Denny Crum, where are you now?!

I have UNC and Georgetown in the NCAA tournament, which would be awesome because it'll be the first time (and probably last time) in my life that my two alma maters will square off.  I won't know who to root for.

I just found out that the Final Four falls on the same night as a wedding I'm attending.

If the Gators get that far, they'd better advance!
